App is always crashing and/or booting you off. "Page up" and "page down" feature under the "history" tab makes it way too confusing to review event or alarm history. Should be a continuous scroll option like earlier versions of the app. Way too many bug fixes needed as well. This app definitely needs a relook to make it more reliable and user friendly...especially for technicians that use it in the field to troubleshoot.

I honestly just use google chrome and log on to the website over my phone. Yeah itβs a weird aspect ratio but at least itβs better than the app which crashes constantly (literally every time I try to login) and is extremely slow.
