Unless I have this set up wrong: I love the website as it's extremely user-friendly and all the features of this program work wonderfully. However the mobile app, the one that I need the most, is not very user-friendly. You do not have access to all your custom fields and I cannot access notes on my contacts unless I have Internet access. Yes you can access your notes if you want to look through the history and try to find them randomly, but that's not very helpful for me. If this could be addressed as well as the accessing my custom fields, then this would be CapsuleCRM that I would stick with. But because it does not, I'm going to have to look for another option.

I find the mobile version to be way less straightforward than the desktop version. It would benefit greatly to have a calendar section that feels much like an iOS calendar and you can see your upcoming events laid out by month week or day. Please incorporate the soon and I will change my rating because The desktop platform is so much better.

Disappointed to see the functions missing from version 2.x, are still missing in version 3.0

CapsuleCRM is great for your contacts info, but lacks much of the Opportunities features... Such as attaching emails option. It does not give you the attach dropbox email address for individual opportunities.

Also isn't consistent showing contacts who have opportunities attached to them...but in the opportunity, it will show you the contacts attached to it. It should be mirrored.

Almost there, but not quite.

This is a missing feature that would make it easier to be reminded and alerted of upcoming events and tasks.

It would be nice to see a version for iPad in the future, when using it on a tablet the screen size is narrow and the UI was clearly not configured for this. Otherwise I would give it five stars.

I rarely access from my devices but I roll at the office from the desktop.

Been using for 4 years and built a successful insurance business using Capsule. One of my staff calls it “pill”. For the logo not the program.

Does everything I need and does it for a fair price.

I really like this app on my desktop and greatly appreciate it on my iPhone. But I desperately want it on my iPad - Use iPad to take notes, look up information etc and use iPhone to make calls. Hard to take notes on the iPhone when I'm also talking with a prospect or client at the same time. Any idea when that might be coming out - iPad version?

For years I have been looking for this exact app and service. I am a hairdresser and use this to track my clients info and hair color formulas. It's hands down the best method I have ever used. I love I can log in on any device from the web and access my clients info. So if I lose my phone, no problem.

I just wished I could tag a client from the mobile app. I work in two cities and tag the clients for quick filtering to email them from my desktop.

I own a small business and trying to keep track of customers, potential customers, and my calendar is a challenge. I originally downloaded Salesforce "which is great" but being a smaller business (Staff of 8) Salesforce was just way more complex than we needed. Capsule has all the info you need to track everything you need without being overly complex!

Sync w Mac and so many other useful apps. (Too bad linked in won't let them import contact photos yet). Easy import. Rich features.
Easy customizable fields. Great flow and design.

I have been using Capsule for many years and love it as 3 sales people work together very well. The new quickbooks integration makes it easy for the team to see what is pais and what not and payments seem be to faster.
Love it!!! Thank you Capsule and quickbooks for working together.

Great looking app... Easy to use... I'm glad I stuck around with Capsule to see CapsuleCRM. The only thing that I can think of to make it even more awesome is to add voice and video entry. Great work!!

This iPhone app is better than any other mobile CRM app that we have evaluated to date. Very friendly and useful interface. However we have noticed a few features that we would like to see available on CapsuleCRM that is not yet. Overall, very useful and helpful!

If you are looking for a simple tool to capture and manage your contacts and leads on the go, this is very good. I tried it against Insightly and found Capsule more intuitive and less steps needed to accomplish what I need. This review may sound paid for (it's not), I'm just happy when I find an efficient tool.

Huge improvement over when we started to use CapsuleCRM - it's much faster, and much easier to pull info. Only complaint is a lack of " home" or quick dashboard links. For instance, most staff will want to quickly create a contact and add a lead - that's too many taps in CapsuleCRM right now. Should just have a "New" option in the menu. Can't wait for them to start taking advantage of iOS 8 integration to send contacts/emails to capsule from other apps...

Capsule CRM has made my life as a consultant so much easier, specifically for clients who have migrated to Google Business Apps. It has features that other, bigger software vendors do not. Given its low price, high versatility, ease of use, smartphone app and extensibility (via web hooks), I encourage any SMB owner to try Capsule CRM. Chances are you'll find it was more than you were looking for. The integration with Google Mail is an added bonus. I can add contact info and emails to cases, opportunities or contacts within Gmail.

The Capsule CRM team is very responsive to their subscribers. Thrilled to know the product is always improving based on my input!

I have used Salesforce, Sugar CRM, Zoho CRM, VTiger and multiple home grown CRMs since CRMs were built.
Capsule is the best one so far. It is simple and let's you do your work without getting in the way.
That is the best CRM - one that adds less work to your busy day.
It is missing some features but I am sure they will be built over time.
A Sales (not just opportunity pipeline) dashboard and graph would be a very basic addition to both the web and app.
Just a quick glance on how much you made and how much you plan to make.

Also integrations with other web based applications would be great - Freshdesk, Slack etc.
Sending email through CapsuleCRM would also be great.
I love the bcc feature to keep conversations in one place.

Great job so far - keep improving.
