Hi there, I am unable to get all the latest data on my App. I have uninstalled my App and reinstalled, however, nothing is showing in the calendar and the latest activity is not showing in the App.

How to fix Capsule CRM app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Capsule CRM app on iPhone
Update Capsule CRM app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Capsule CRM iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Capsule CRM on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Capsule CRM network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Capsule CRM Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Capsule CRM not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Capsule CRM App
1. On android, goto Settings » Capsule CRM » click [Force Stop]

Update Capsule CRM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Capsule CRM App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Capsule CRM » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Capsule CRM.

Fix Capsule CRM unable to contact server/ Capsule CRM internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Capsule CRM » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Capsule CRM » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Capsule CRM
