Unless I have this set up wrong: I love the website as it's extremely user-friendly and all the features of this program work wonderfully. However the mobile app, the one that I need the most, is not very user-friendly. You do not have access to all your custom fields and I cannot access notes on my contacts unless I have Internet access. Yes you can access your notes if you want to look through the history and try to find them randomly, but that's not very helpful for me. If this could be addressed as well as the accessing my custom fields, then this would be the app that I would stick with. But because it does not, I'm going to have to look for another option.

This is a missing feature that would make it easier to be reminded and alerted of upcoming events and tasks.

Mobile version needs calendar view
I find the mobile version to be way less straightforward than the desktop version. It would benefit greatly to have a calendar section that feels much like an iOS calendar and you can see your upcoming events laid out by month week or day. Please incorporate the soon and I will change my rating because The desktop platform is so much better.
