Worst bank.
Nabil bank tries to fool customer and steal from the customers account. They give lame excuses and at the end they say that it is according to NRB rule. Every time they are stealing from customers account. Thats how they are making profit. They are taking advantage of Nepal because there is no place where customers can file complain. So they are taking it for granted and stealing money.

I have both current account and saving account. Current account is set as primary. I can only use primary account , see statement, do bank transfer and everything, cant do anything with other accounts. I complained multiple times but not fixed yet.

nBank takes a lot i mean a lot of time to open and takes like almost a minute to login. It’s been so crappy these days. They really need to fix this problem otherwise they surely will lose many customers.

Constantly, I am embarrassed by nBank, not working properly. I noticed another comment stated that they had the same issues two years ago. The bank has not made any progress. If you want freedom and ease of use, this is not the one.

This stupid app takes 10 mins to login and to access my own money. I’de rather run to the nearest nabil atm to access my own money! Oh wait most of nanil atm dont work either! Changing bank soon! Have had too much inconvenience because of the bad maintenance! Sick of this bank!

I can’t trust nBank for my daily transaction as there is no guarantee that my transaction has been processed, sms notifications are way too slow, can open statements. Mainly the server freezes frequently and nBank is useless without its servers. I request the respected developer team to give attention to this issue as soon as possible. This can ruin the bank image rigorously.

But, please add some details of my transaction in the statements. Whats the use of writing my remarks in payments if they don’t show ip in nBank . Please fix this. Aru ta dammi cha

I’ve been using nBank for very long and from what I see, it handles transactions pretty well. The only flaw I see is that when you load a wallet through nBank , it takes a while for the money to arrive in the wallet. It’s good overall.👍

In comparison to other banks app, Nabil far easy and convenient to use for any kind of financial transaction. May be that’s why my money keeps depleting from this bank ;)

nBank is user friendly. I like how we can add debit card, credit card, virtual card and travel card on the same app. Very convenient.
