OneTouch Reveal Status

after 6 months i am now getting a black screen. If I remove the app from my phone, I lose all of the information that is on there. do you even update information on here??

The app stopped working, I get a white screen after opening app. No functions are showing. I’ve deleted and reinstalled app, but still nothing. I also re- register the device and could not get into the app.

This app is the biggest piece of garbage. I finally got it working on my old iPhone, only to be completely unable to pair it with my new iPhone 14 Plus. It shouldn't be this hard.

I cannot email a report because the keypad on the mobile app on the iPhone is only partially visible and you can't get the entire keyboard to be visible. I also cannot cancel or delete the email with the readings whether I select to delete or cancel, or whatever. I have to exit out of the app in order to get to the home screen. Why is this? Why is the keyboard only partially viewable. I cannot switch to landscape mode because the app does not do that.

As soon as the app loads, it disappears. Been like this for a few days.

As soon as I updated the app it crashes as soon as it opens. What’s up?

I have an iPhone and the app was working great until it told me to update the app. I did so and now it force closes before it opens. My phone is updated, the app is updated and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Is there a fix or not for this.

Cannot update new one touch software on my android Samsung phone?

For the last several weeks, when I go to take my reading and insert the strips, it flashes as usual. Then after the countdown for the reading, it just flashed an empty battery in the upper right hand corner. The first time that happened, I thought maybe I needed to recharge it, so I connected to usb and it said PC so I thought that should be okay. Then when I tried again, the same thing happened with it showing a blank battery in the upper right hand corner. I also thought perhaps the problem was with my strips, so tried from another bottle, however the same thing occured. However when I try it four or five times in a row, usually I can get a reading. This means I never no when it is going to take a reading. What can I do to return to it recognizing my reading as soon as I insert a strip with a blood sample.

App worked until 2 days ago. Now when I click on the app it just disappears.

I downloaded the one touch app yesterday. And as soon as I go to open it up it disappears from my screen it doesn't open. I was wondering if you had problems with this. Thank you for your time
