My game quit working on my computer. When i click on my icon nothing happens. please resolve for me.

can't open and play my live vegas slots game. I've had this game on my computer for several years.

myvegas on my pc blinks on and off. the game hotels and when i play the game blink like the vegas strip lights, its hard to play since hotels blink and disappear then appear. how do i fix this. i cant play the game on my pc because of this.

Suddenly my Vegas bingo says there is no internet connection, but everything else is working fine with my internet.

For days now I cannot open my MyVegas Slots. I need your help. I have several credits that I would like to use. I love this slots game. Thank you

I have had issues opening the My Vegas Slots App on my iPhone 12 after the update a couple of weeks ago. I am able to download on an old iPhone 6 plus but not my iphone 12. It leep getting and trouble loading cannot connect to our server message. Also when trying to load the Support id number is not on my screen like it is when opening app on my iPhone 6 plus.

I do not think that my iphone 12 update to ios 16.4supports the new update for My Vegas Slots..The App is unable to connect to your server.

I wrote you a few days ago. I cannot access My Vegas on facebook. The App is active. The app just spins and goes nowhere. I have tried signing on without facebook on my computer and I cannot get on. The App works fine on my phone, but I like playing both. Please help. I tried what was suggested but still no My Vegas. Thank you

I keep receiving "vegas.com cannot authenticate server" message.

The app crashes immediately after opening. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it multiple times and it still crashes upon opening. This has been occurring for weeks.

Playing My Vegas Spots on kindle keeps crashing. Help?

I have a desktop computer, windows 10. I play my vegas on google chrome and until August 1, I was able to play it just fine, but then I got a message that says "We can't seem to authenticate to our servers right now, Try to log out and log in again later." I have cleared my cache, I have rebooted, I have logged out and logged back in countless times and yet 1.5 months later, I STILL can't play the game. I DO NOT play it on my phone or anywhere else, only on my full sized desktop computer. Can you please tell me WHAT can be done to fix this problem?

Cannot use My Vegas, it keeps crashing

Just keeps saying, we ate warming up the machines and wont complete the opening.

I am still getting the "unable to authenticate server" message. I haven't been able to play the game since August 1, yet I see others thanking you for free chips on the fan page, so I know your site is working, so why hasn't anyone gotten back to me on how I can fix this issue since my first complaint posting on Aug. 2?

I HAVE done this for the last few days, and yet all of my other pages work, even the old original vegas page still works, and I still use it daily, but the myvegas.com page is not working and it won't let me collect any points.

I have reloaded the app on the tablet and tried changing many settings on the tablet but nothing works. I do not like playing the games on Facebook. I have logged in in Facebook, my reward points show up but my game points do not. Thanks for any help. Rick

Unable to load game

I can open My Konami slot icon, but it quit working right way, been trying last few days. What shall I do?

Site will not load. I have tried for 2 days. Have been using my vegas slots for many years.

When I try to update the message, something went wrong try again. I go to the app store to update and I push update and it won't.

I am currently getting "Sorry this feature isn't available right now. An error occurred while processing this request. Please try again later". This has been happening when I attempt to send gifts to my fb friends from the inbox or when I attempt to receive gifts. This has been happening for over 2 weeks. Any suggestions are appreciated.
