My athenaOne app is no longer working since I upgraded my iPhone to a 13. The user name and password are both correct and it keeps saying “unable to sign in”. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times and it still doesn’t work. I’ve also restarted my phone and no luck.
