My athenaOne app is no longer working since I upgraded my iPhone to a 13. The user name and password are both correct and it keeps saying “unable to sign in”. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times and it still doesn’t work. I’ve also restarted my phone and no luck.

How to fix athenaOne app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the athenaOne app on iPhone
Update athenaOne app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall athenaOne iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix athenaOne on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve athenaOne network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

athenaOne Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix athenaOne not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the athenaOne App
1. On android, goto Settings » athenaOne » click [Force Stop]

Update athenaOne to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear athenaOne App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » athenaOne » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart athenaOne.

Fix athenaOne unable to contact server/ athenaOne internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click athenaOne » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto athenaOne » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch athenaOne
