How to fix Parkeur app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Parkeur app on iPhone
Update Parkeur app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Parkeur iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Parkeur on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Parkeur network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Parkeur Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Parkeur not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Parkeur App
1. On android, goto Settings » Parkeur » click [Force Stop]

Update Parkeur to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Parkeur App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Parkeur » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Parkeur.

Fix Parkeur unable to contact server/ Parkeur internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Parkeur » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Parkeur » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
