iGBA iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix iGBA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iGBA app on iPhone
Update iGBA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iGBA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iGBA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iGBA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iGBA Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iGBA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iGBA App
1. On android, goto Settings » iGBA » click [Force Stop]

Update iGBA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iGBA App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iGBA » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iGBA.

Fix iGBA unable to contact server/ iGBA internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iGBA » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iGBA » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iGBA
