How to fix eNES app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the eNES app on iPhone
Update eNES app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall eNES iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix eNES on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve eNES network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

eNES Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix eNES not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the eNES App
1. On android, goto Settings » eNES » click [Force Stop]

Update eNES to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear eNES App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » eNES » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart eNES.

Fix eNES unable to contact server/ eNES internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click eNES » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto eNES » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch eNES
