How to fix Delta app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Delta app on iPhone
Update Delta app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Delta iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Delta on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Delta network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Delta Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Delta not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Delta App
1. On android, goto Settings » Delta » click [Force Stop]

Update Delta to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Delta App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Delta » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Delta.

Fix Delta unable to contact server/ Delta internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Delta » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Delta » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
