How to fix UTM SE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the UTM SE app on iPhone
Update UTM SE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall UTM SE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix UTM SE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve UTM SE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.

Fix UTM SE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the UTM SE App
1. On android, goto Settings » UTM SE » click [Force Stop]

Update UTM SE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear UTM SE App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » UTM SE » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart UTM SE.

Fix UTM SE unable to contact server/ UTM SE internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click UTM SE » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto UTM SE » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch UTM SE
