How to fix Gamma app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Gamma app on iPhone
Update Gamma app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Gamma iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Gamma on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Gamma network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Gamma not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Gamma app issues:

Force Stop the Gamma App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Gamma app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Gamma to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gamma App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Gamma app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Gamma.

Fix Gamma unable to contact server/ Gamma internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Gamma » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Gamma » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Gamma on android.
