The update to the bill payment portion of MyPDCU is extremely cumbersome. Instead of clicking on a previous payment and resubmitting it for recurring bills now I have to go into a totally another section. Go to the drop-down menu. Select the company and re-enter the amount. This extra step will cause many people to have errors on their bill payment. The new update also does not separate old payment from new payments. It is all on one long stream.
Making it difficult to determine which bills have been paid this month and which ones haven’t
This New Apo is so Confusing and the information that I need fo certain accounts do not appear where they are supposed to appear so I can keep track of the Monies that I have. Sometimes it is best to leave well enough alone !!!!
App doesn’t even work, hasn’t worked since the change. It was a stupid and unnecessary change too, if they don't fix it, I’m going to just close me accounts and be done with it all.
This banking app is horrible. Half of the time nothing works and it’s so hard to navigate. The old app was way better and a lot more functional.
Don’t feel it is safer than desktop version. Four digit accessibility instead of a strong password is not safe
Keeps sending me to MyPDCU Store. I deleted MyPDCU like they said and I still can’t download it
It keeps sending me to MyPDCU Store for an update I already did. It’s like the icon doesn’t know what I have or did. I don’t want to delete MyPDCU and start over as that could mske things worse.
Automatically takes you back to home pages versus allowing for make another payment. Frustrating
I like the new set up but have to get used yo how to manage from account to account with my 2 accounts. Unable to easily transfer funds to my other account.
