The mobile deposit feature needs to improve.
The image that is taken cannot be scaled and even though the camera is zoomed in, it captures an image zoomed out.
It took me 10+ tries to capture an image that the software would accept.
Should have kept the old app, this one is awful.
Several features are missing that I used from the old app. Half the time website or app doesn’t work.
BankFirst is difficult
Yikes. Where do I begin? At least 25% of my deposits are rejected. Transactions repeatedly disappear at some point when they transition from pending to completed. One has to do the math in one’s head and remember all the pending transactions. And a simple transfer of funds from one account to another should be immediate - but often takes more than a day. It’s the same bank, for crying out loud. I seriously believe the people who built the ACA website designed BankFirst. It’s forcing me to change banks.
I use the same log in info for everything. I know my username and password. Yet, with the new update, I can’t even get into my own account. Just stupid.
IM SURE THE NEW PLATFORM WILL BE GREAT ONCE I LEARN TO MANEUVER IT BUT FOR NOW, THE LAYOUT LOOKS VERY ELEMENTARY & UNPROFESSIONAL. IE TO EDIT BILLPAY ACCOUNTS. I CAN ACCESS AND PAY A VENDOR BUT CANNOT FIND A WAY TO VERIFY OR EDIT THEIR ACCOUNT NUMBER OR ADDRESS.

I absolutely hate this upgrade. I loved this bank and my online banking. Everything was great. I hate this new app and I'm considering changing banks NOW.
I was totally blindsided with this. I do not like the black background. Much to hard to read and much smaller. Not good for older folks.
I haven’t been able to try all the new stuff!
I enjoyed the text messages with the bal and last ability to quickly check something. Seems you won’t have that now.
Too complicated and inconsistent with
Some of printed instructions; e.g. requirement to reestablish remote deposit capability but when attempted, application did not perform as described to set up the capability.
Since y’all changed BankFirst I can’t get my deposits to go through!
But still rife with bugs. As a Financial app, this is beyond unacceptable to most people in most regions of the country.
