Easy to use and a chance to shine
I haven't taken this type of interview before but this was easy and I had a chance to show who I am. Great.

Buggy
Had to use this app when applying for a job. The record and stop function either worked or didn't after several presses. Once opened, it wouldn't rotate orientation properly and also played background videos while attempting to record. It seems like a decent idea for companies that would like to be more impersonal and batch review candidates, but it's a real hassle and frustrating as an applicant. Its generally poorly executed for such a simple task.
