It’s pretty good experience because it’s really smooth and straightforward and easy to use during the process. But the bad thing is it didn’t tell me how long for answering the question before each question being recorded. So I waste a lot of time talking about at the beginning but at the end I don’t have enough time to finish up. And the prepare time is little limited, so sometime is not really enough to prepare for the long questions. And the practice video is being recorded and you can see your own face but the real questions that you cannot see anything I don’t know it’s just audio or it’s video going on have no idea.

I recently did an interview with circle k through the interview app, i would honestly say i was nervous, the questions were simple and easy to answer very well written. I would say the creators of OutmatchInterview done an amazing job i must say one of the best interviews I’ve done through video chat.

Great use of modern day technology with COVID going on. OutmatchInterview not only allows you to interview for a job through video messages but it’s allows you time to get your answer ready pre record n it allows you a practice run to get a handle on how the interview will go. 5 star app

Well they made it simple for you they explained it well. You were able to get the best video you possibly could in the comfort of your own home so let the dogs out back turn off the TV make good lights but it was a good interview good experience

It was weird doing a phone interview, some of the questions are a spur of the moment questions so they appeared to be hard, but overall it was a great way to not feel as nervous as you would in person.

The interview process just really easy and over like zoom type thing they ask you questions and you have to record yourself answering him but it was it was pretty easy

I use this platform to do a job interview, it is easier and simpler than any other apps i have ever use. And it doesn’t need high speed internet. And camera was clean recording was okay. Try it you be lucky

I hate a great experience with the video chat interview it went pretty quickly in my last question I didn’t have a chance to answer cause of the WiFi in connection trouble but great as usual

The interview was very direct and to the point. I love the countdown so you can get your answers together and be prepared before you go to live recording. Everything was easy to understand and easy to flow through.

OutmatchInterview is great for what it’s designed for, but I have a moral issue with conducting video interviews with no person on the other end. It seems we’ve tried to make hiring people as inhuman as possible, with as little human connection or contact as possible.

I thought the idea of a video interview is really cool. It definitely takes the edge off because there isn’t a human in front of you staring in silence waiting for an answer lol

This a great way to do interviews especially when mangers have other things going on or even the person that doing the interview! This a great way to work on both sides .

At first I was nervous, but of course I did start to warm up, even though I was just talking to the screen and not to an actual person. But that was fine with me.

Very user friendly, easy to work and understand overall a good alternative to face to face interview during a pandemic.

These questions were very relevant to this job role and I liked that you had time to think them through first.

Easy to use , just don’t double tap record button. I didn’t get I answer an import question :(

OutmatchInterview is great and works great, the uploading of my answers was a bit slow but other than that its a great tool for employers I think!! Its a bit awkward talking to a video, but we’ll see how successful it works!!!!

Just really weird not having the other person interacting with you through the interview.

It was very different for me to have an interview like this! And I did not know what to expect. It was pretty great but I was not prepared but I loved it 10/10 recommend

Had to use OutmatchInterview when applying for a job. The record and stop function either worked or didn't after several presses. Once opened, it wouldn't rotate orientation properly and also played background videos while attempting to record. It seems like a decent idea for companies that would like to be more impersonal and batch review candidates, but it's a real hassle and frustrating as an applicant. Its generally poorly executed for such a simple task.

I haven't taken this type of interview before but this was easy and I had a chance to show who I am. Great.
