Got an e-mail to try the new app, but it doesn’t recognize my username or password. Tried a couple of different times to reset, nothing works. E-mails to verify sign in and reset are addressed to my mom who passed 2 1/2 years ago, not good. This is a disappointment.

I was very excited to see Primerica had an app. As much as I love Primerica it feels like their technology is circa 2010. With the new webpage I thought maybe they would make a big jump and have some cool new feature on a brand new app. Sadly MyPrimerica just seems like the new website presented as an app. The experience is terrible. Instead of seeing everything in MyPrimerica you actually have to sign in twice. Once for life insurance and once for investments. That is not a great user experience and does nothing different than the website links. What a letdown and disappointment.
