I paid 12.99 $ for 100 coins , is it 100 coins every day , If not, why you don’t explain to me before I paid

Ever since I purchased coins or a subscription I have been getting fraud activity on my bank account DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING

SoulGen is good, it works well. As far as payment goes they have a trick where you give them your payment information and tell you the payment information is invalid. Then later on they still charge you. I tried more than once to pay and it ended up charging me several times even though it told me before the payments did not go through. I don’t know why you can’t just make a quality app and make money by having people spread the word of how good it is. On top of this there is NO online support; the discord is only filled with consumers with no employee in sight and the email will never respond to you. 👎

I realized my creations were corrupted , creations I paid for. I also, realized that prompts no longer work how they used to. That being said, rating went from a easy 5 star, to 1. Will not pay for membership AND per creation just for them corrupt my paid creations. IF FIXED I’m sure I and a many others would be happy to come back to this AI app as it was top tier and comparable to other AI Gens. Many are upset in the community with the NSFW features etc have been removed.

Couldn’t be more disappointed. I have enjoyed other ai writing platforms such as aidungeon and novel ai for fantasy stories. Decided to check this out when I saw soul gen and after their website SAID up to 70% off and then showed farther in it was only 50% off a month that a year was 70% off. The website using an hour countdown to show an urgency to subscribe then not giving a discount is extremely deceptive practice. When I went to subscribe for a month on the website it forced me to use the Apple subscription method and no price seemed to change.
As for SoulGen itself you currently can’t even use this app on SoulGen so you have to do it online but it is decent the ai is fast, remembers things for the most part and holds a real feeling conversation. Just seems like a rip off to be paying over 10$ for premium that gives 100 credits that you have to use on literally everything from photo generation to generating a soul chat character (which normally costs 40 credits! Almost half what you get a month!) Premium membership should feel premium not just give you access to conversation generation. I’ll cancel my subscription and go elsewhere I just feel totally scammed.

SoulGen will generate a smaller and lower quality image than the original you uploaded. The finished creation will have a lower resolution. This is a deal breaker. If you don’t mind your finished images being of lower quality, when they don’t have to be, than go ahead. You may not notice on a small cell phone screen but you will be horrified when looking at your new image on a tablet or computer screen. I’m a paying customer. I expect better. Quality should come first for the customer. This is an easy fix. But will the company care. Only time will tell. A happy customer is a life long customer. An unhappy customer will flee. I am now looking for a new app where quality is foremost. Too bad because the face swaps all came out good except for the lower resolution.

I’ve had this app for 6 months and after the first couple of months I was happy with it so I bought a year subscription. Last month I logged in to find 90% of my art was deleted and when I contacted them about it they couldn’t give me a answer. So I told them to delete my account and refund my money for the unused portion of my subscription. They deleted my account and then refused to respond to my emails saying that account doesn’t exist anymore. They are a scam company and you’re better off not paying for their service.

For what you pay for, you get access to the pro tools but coins are given with each purchase. There are no ways of getting free coins unless you pay for more. For $12 you should be able to get free coins a day not 100 coins. SoulGen is exactly like Picso and it has the same interface. I'd give this a higher rate once they give us daily login coins.

AI does not function very well. Makes multiple mistakes in your images. When you go back to fix the image it uses up credits every time. App then prompts you to buy more credits and selects the higher bundle automatically if your not careful. Same company that owns facemagic. This company should be banned from the apple store. Nothing but a Scam!! I would look for a different App!

I’m not going to blame the developer, but all of the buzz online about SoulGen—what it is purported to be able to do—is hot garbage. Either the developer has altered its policy (very recently) or there are a lot of people writing articles pumping SoulGen as something that it is not. I am glad I opted to lose $13 rather than $100. Not sure where the heat is coming from regarding the inability to cancel the subscription; it was easy enough, and I’d be contacting Apple if it had been difficult. Cancelled within 20min of downloading because SoulGen is not what the internet (rather than the developer) says it is. It may have been, but the online hype makes SoulGen a money-honey pot. This is not an “open” app for full creativity regardless of what one may read about it being the best (or one of the best) “open” art generators.
