starryai: AI Photo Generator Reviews

To start, no one’s told me to review this and I was skeptical….but I’ve had way more fun than I anticipated with starryai! It’s not always spot on to what I’m going for but It get closer the more I get used to the prompts and choices I make with different style references, artists to use as a guide and mediums for the application. Anyone with a creative mind and interest in creating anything will have a good time with starryai! It’s inspired me to do multiple AI paintings a day, mainly just to see what it’s going to come up with! I’ve been thinking about using it to help me with conceptual phases of paintings as another tool I’m my back pocket to help the creative juices get flowing when I’m hitting a wall. Any artist can relate to that feeling.

Wow this is an amazing app. I love all the details and beauty it has. I realize Ai is hard to do but if I could give a suggestion, maybe when blending two images it could come out smoother or with the original thought. For example I typed in: “Galaxy full of roses” and it gave me what looked like cinnamon rolls with weird space colors. Maybe it could have kept the color of the roses instead of making them the background?

PROS: This is one of the best AI art apps I’ve used. It is VERY good and renders photorealistic results using the Orion beta option. So good, I’m willing to pay for it.

CONS: You only have 5 credits per day and Orion uses 2 each time. If you don’t like the result, tough luck. I think the developers should implement a low res preview before committing to using 2 (or more) credits and having the opportunity to re-try until you get a desired result and THEN commit to using the credits.

Makes really nice images and a good deal for the price of the subscription. Images generate quickly and you can watch them as they go through their stages. Easy to give feedback to the developers and they seem improve things quickly. A+

For a free ai app (that you can purchase in app credits if you choose to) this is amazing! Once you create the image, you own the rights, which is Very Important as an NFT artist! Sometimes you get something wildly different than what you were hoping for, which is to be expected of ai. Sometimes you get something beyond what you could have imagined!
I’ve created an entire NFT page just from my this app creations, and people Love It!!

Only giving four stars because I’ve noticed that I only get the “2 credits daily” occasionally. It hasn’t really been an issue because I bought the 40 credit pack soon after downloading, but now that my credits are dwindling Im concerned that this problem will continue. I may try to delete starryai or something to fix the problem.

I love starryai. It’s so creative and such a fun way to see what masterpieces you can create based off of what you type. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interring AI software or anyone who loves art in general. My only gripe is the cost. You get addicted to starryai quick and it would be very convenient if there was a subscription. Other than that, starryai is great! Definitely worth a download.

It was fun to try starryai out and choose a style and theme, but the fact that you don’t get credits unless you share it within very narrow parameters is a bummer. And that without a $15 subscription, you only get to make two pieces of art. It doesn’t make me want to subscribe or encourage others to use it. Nice idea, but not enough for $15. If you could earn a credit a day or something like that it might be worth it to play around for a bit to see if I want to invest. But as it is, no.

I don’t usually write reviews but, this is really cool. 3/5 prompts that you get daily are usually turn out pretty cool. It’s definitely helped me reach out to my more creative side. If you even think you’d want to try it even once, download it and give it a shot. For a free app, 5/5 stars.

this app is incredibly powerful and easy to use. It features an excellent and intuitive prompt system, but also allows you to start the ai out with something for even more control.

I kind of liked making my pictures but you can’t really see the styles that much and I wish there were more. But the biggest thing is that even when you share and try to get verified, it never gives you more credits. Super disappointed in that. I thought starryai would actually be good and would stay downloaded but there’s nothing I can do with it anymore without spending money. So it’s basically another purely for profit apps.

starryai is amazing, but the reason why I didn’t give it five stars is because it won’t let me redeem credits by posting work on Twitter. I’ve checked and the issue doesn’t seem to have to do with the account itself. If you could fix it, then it would almost be perfect.

Great App. I enjoy waiting for the finished result and it’s mind blowing every time. It be great if you could have AI museum of art where you can monetize your art pieces, but it’s fantastic I love using it and it’s worth paying for the full version unlike other apps.

Hey please bring back the “artwork” feature the realistic prompts aren’t as cool - this is taking away quality from starryai that it once had. I would be very glad to see this feature brought back in the advanced setting option as I’m sure many other would too. Thank you for taking the time to listen 🙏

I love starryai. It’s so much fun to see what the ai comes up with for my prompts, and the results have been very cool. I can’t wait to see what the dev adds. Hopefully a way to get more credits or reduce the cooldown, and maybe different canvas sizes? So many possibilities!

There’s really not another app like this and it generates images pretty well. The only downsides are only getting 5 free pics a day and some things you type in will give you very mundane images. starryai also doesn’t put a watermark on the images you generate which is a pretty cool feature.

Good enough app but there are other better ones. I one thing l really dislike is the 30 sec ads you have to watch that feature animated bouncing boobs. The final images all can have a similar appearance despite using different filters. The limit of 5 a day with the ads is pretty irritating.

starryai doesn’t seem like something I should be able to access on mobile haha, it’s amazing. Good job can’t wait to see what else you come out with I will be looking forward to it!

Truly truly incredible. I cannot think of anything else to say other than this is an amazing application and I can’t wait to see where this goes. The future of art is changed.

Ok I'm not one for shock value with apps. I don't impress easily. My first image wasn't just really interesting to see, it actually matched up with an idea I had in my head, that I'd never expressed. Blew me away! I can't wait to create more. 👍🏻👍🏻😁😁

Its 50cents per attempt. Just to mess with different choices and find what works will cost you. I wish you could spend credits to save an image instead of create them . I think 50c is enough per save but just too much for just trying. Weird art gambling .

I had high hopes for starryai but after creating more than a dozen different images I’m not sold. I also think for the premium you should be able to create more than 10/day.

Love starryai . It’s cool and all. But there’s an annoying downside(s). You can only make two pieces of generated art without premium. And that’s annoying. I would totally get premium if it wasn’t fifteen dollars. Fifteen dollars for premium is way over-priced. Also it takes, no, not 20 minutes, but around an hour. It’s cool and all but not really feelin’ it.

Almost don’t wanna give it a review so It doesn’t get more attention, but it is deserved. Great range of art styles and every one looks so cool I love it.

i saw a post of someone using starryai to make a picture of a topic i found interesting (that topic was the video game “Portal”) and i thought i would give it a shot. i will admit, i didn’t have high hopes, but it seemed fun to mess around with. i ended up trying the free version and thought it was kind of interesting, so i decided to get a week of premium to mess around with all of the tools to offer. needless to say, it really is incredible. some of the pictures that this has created is honestly kind of amazing for what you would normally expect from an app nowadays. i will admit, buying premium is quite expensive, and i do think if you buy premium you should be able to have more drawings per day, only because of how expensive it is. but that’s really my only compliant, either tone down the price or give much more freedom on making art. in the end, starryai is genuinely unique and amazing, it just does suffer from the fact you need to pay quite a bit to tinker for a fraction of an hour. but personally, i found it worth my time. if i could i would give it 4.5/5, but it won’t let me, so a 5 will be fine. it’s not like this review matters, but i still hope that maybe one of the devs will see this and think about possibly giving people more art a day or lowering the price. but i do recommend this to anyone thinking about buying the premium, but only if you have money to spare, as again it is quite expensive. that’s all i have to say. fantastic app. great job to all of the creators

Can’t add off of Instagram

Of course starryai is stuffed full of reason to buy credits, and that would be fine if the ads weren’t also predatory and almost impossible to close even after you let them run to completion.

What a waste of time.
