AI Painting: Generate Art Girl Reviews

So far I’d not recommend AIPainting. It says an approximate waiting time but it’s always way more time. Most of the time is spent waiting as you read the 30 second wait time. Nope. Never that short. 30 min is more like it. Then even though you are a yearly paid subscriber, you have to pay extra money to use your picture to make avatars. Will cancel my subscription after writing this. Too many other apps to try. Do not waste your time on AIPainting.

This Ai avatar app is a complete rip-off and a massive scam. I've wasted my time and money on it, uploading 10 carefully taken portrait images with no background distractions, only to receive results claiming that all of them were of low quality. The biggest insult is that AIPainting demands a payment of $3.99 upfront, regardless of whether or not it delivers accurate results, which it clearly does not. I strongly advise against using AIPainting and falling prey to their deceitful tactics.

AIPainting has never functioned as promised. I would like a refund

I tested AIPainting and another at the same time. With AIPainting, 30 seconds can be several minutes or no completion at all. According to the text, others people are competing for the same resources. Make it faster or offer comprehensive tips on how to use it effectively and quickly

Hits you with a paywall and as soon as you click NO it bring you to the main pages where it suggests you make an Avatar. Go through the entire process just to be told at the end to pay for that feature. Tell us in the beginning. Not the end. Waste of everyone’s time. Everyone reading: don’t waste YOUR time downloading AIPainting.

This has a terrible flaw. It says you have to give it time to process after each one. You only get 1 result after this long wait. However, often it never gives you a result at all. I even let it run for 8 hours while I slept and got nothing. Do not waste your time or money on this. The previews look amazing, what you get is garbage. Scam!

Do you know if they want their app to be selling? They need to make it to where we can actually use it. I understand if they need to make money but why even make an app that you gotta make money off of it second of all they say they’ll give you a free trial, but yet they never actually give it to you

ok, if you are reading this you saw the title they are liars! in the ad it says it is a nice app that all you have to do is search and it will come up.. but no! it says you have to pay 3.99 just to search something up! i know i may sound like a karen im not its just im very mad about this!!

I posted my text describing what I wanted, it told me it was queuing, expected wait time of 900 seconds, 15 minutes.
6 hours later still waiting…
Looking forward to seeing my first art with AIPainting. Maybe it will generate it before my free 3-day trial is finished.
I cancelled my subscription already.

25 minute wait time for a ridiculous low quality image that looks nothing more than a bunch of poorly photoshopped Google images.

You CANNOT even minimize the task!!! You literally watch this green liquid slosh around for 25 minutes for a poorly botched image certainly not done by AI.

I paid for the avatar feature and when I went to check they would not load so I closed AIPainting and reopened and AIPainting acts as if they were never there and wants me to pay for more. AIPainting has terrible bugs do not waist money

App doesn’t work more than half the time is just sits in a queue and then I get tired of waiting and restart the process hoping it will work that time. Not worth the money at all. Much better free options that are more reliable.

This is an amazing app! I can’t believe what it comes up with!

It takes forever to generate an image, it will not give an error message if the image is too complex. It gives me an error message that I have no network connection when in fact I do

I agree with the person that is saying this is a major scam! Because I have tried to use it twice? And it doesn’t work AT ALL!!!! I’m going to call my bank tomorrow and tell them to Do Not Pay the 3.99$$ I’m Not Paying it!!

I paid for the Avatar service 7.95 and never got my images. So I reloaded and they asked me to pay again. I will update my review when I am refunded and hopefully get reasonable results.

If you can take away from zero that’s what I rate AIPainting. It was a total waste of money and the only reason you got that is because I forgot to cancel the free trail.

You seriously can’t do anything on this without an ad popping up, I seriously press one tiny button and all of a sudden I have a 30 secound ad just to go to the Home Screen like STOP THE ADS

#1 be able to create a account which will save all the photos you have generated inside of AIPainting

2# dont make it to where you have a certain amount of times that you can create an image per day. Instead use ads to get points that you can use to create images. That way you will get way more money by people watching the ads over and over

But overall i like how it doesnt censor images because the other day when i was trying out other ai generated image apps it censored stuff that wasnt even that bad. Like one time it censored a dude just walking along the beach. So thank you for it not being censored

I have no premium so I have to wait a day until I can have the AI make new images but it’s been about a day I think and I still can’t make more images so I encourage your team to make a countdown so all the non premium users can see when they can make more images cause I had a really cool idea but I don’t know when I can make that idea into an image. Please add a countdown!!

It’s good but when you use all of your tries on the ai painting thing I wait till tomorrow and it says I still have to wait till tomorrow developer you need to fix that

This is so much fun. It is cheeky and cool at the same time. I can go in any direction I feel at the moment. Def a thumbs up!

AIPainting is a great, however it does ask of a subscription fee for users, which you can go around if you watch an ad. But, you are supposed to get 4 ad cost pictures everyday. However AIPainting says you have used yours every time after you have use the first free 4 ads. And now AIPainting just refuses to allows me to make a single picture because it says that their is no internet connection, even though I can do everything else except for making the picture. This is a great app however with the constant paywall and bugs that are in AIPainting I have to regrettably give it a 1/5 stars.

No good for art

I signed up for one week to give it a try. I couldn’t get AIPainting to allow me to use it. It kept going back to the sign up screen. I checked and my subscription was set up in my account, and Apple sent me a confirmation email. I cancelled soon after. Waste of five bucks.

I have a huge obsession with fat girls and this can make them but I need it to make better fat girls and them have nicer tummys

It can do anything, like I mean literally anything, nsfw, p0rn, it’s honestly weird that App Store allowed this

Overpriced and underwhelming for what you get. The art style option will usually not even trigger a specific style and the ai has a bad habit of using the same model in a slightly different pose rather than a new model with no input from the user. Maybe I’m just not being speciric in the right way, but very disappointed. Gave it a 2 star because it does generate images so in theory it at least does the minimum.

Hello, I would like to say that I really like AIPainting a lot. But there’s just one problem however.
Can you guys please add a timer for your app?
So, that we can tell how long before we can generate another artwork again? I would really appreciate it if you guys can do that.

The best AI are generator I’ve used. Cost is pretty good for the year. Takes time to learn what words to use to make specific pics, once you do… amazing!

Needs some progress witt he photo evolution

The new art style is nice, but I much preferred the style that existed yesterday. I think there should be at least a filter for how things used to be.

This a great app. But, unfortunately with new updates it has lost appeal. The images that it shows now are all hyper-realistic. The older version you use to get a variety of styles that did look like paintings. Now all the images are like the realistic style.

I have reached the maximum limit of ai drawings for the day, however when I waited 24 hours and it still didn’t allow me to make any more. I tried waiting an additional 12 hours and it seems that it still says await 24 hours. Please fix this issue.
Along with that it would be better if there were a timer that showed how much time is left before the the limit is replenished.

I would also like to suggest adding a gallery where ai photos made are automatically uploaded to the gallery and an option to save to I phone and delete from gallery.

AIPainting is a fantastic app. I do however don’t like the fact that you have to pay the subscription for it but watching ads could get around that. But one problem with AIPainting is that I was only able to make 5 pictures a day because I didn’t pay the subscription. Hopefully that changes with these type of apps. Overall I’d give this a 5/5.

Alas I cannot afford to subscribe but you have done an amazing job with AIPainting. I look forward to the improvements made and features that are added. Might I suggest a feature that somehow allows animation to be given to your ai.

I’ve looked over AIPainting a few times and I can’t figure out how to stop it from automatically renewing the subscription. If they could make a way to cancel the subscription or at least stop it from renewing that’d be great.

Can create some good paintings, but be very aware, it may take 10 tries to get what you want, and every try costs a credit. The "premium" subscription was originally advertised and sold as unlimited, which made that ok, but they changed it in a required update that now limits your "credits" per day and makes you buy additional credits at 10 cents each. Remember- it's a credit per CHANCE at an image, not a credit per successful image!! I'd feel better about the limit if they only deducted a credit for each saved image rather than for each attempt. At least free users have the option of watching an ad for a credit each time. All in all it's decent, but knowing that it takes several attempts to get what you want, and you're charged for each attempt, I will not renew my subscription unless it goes back to unlimited.

Within a few hours of using AIPainting I got a notice that I had run out of pictures for the week and they wanted an extra $10 to buy more pictures. Seriously? I don’t recall it saying I had a limited number of uses with my subscription. When you subscribe for a week, you should be able to use the product for a week. I’m very unhappy, not with AIPainting , but with the underhanded marking that is selling it. Treat the people who are actually paying for your product a little bit better. Actually, a whole lot better. It’s like you went on a chat AI and typed “write a subscription policy that lets me fleece money from people” then went with what it spat out. Buying the extra pictures costs even more money than the initial subscription…. Crazy.

Can u please remove ads but other than that AIPainting is amazing

AIPainting is really really good as you can choose what type of art style you want for your generated image and there is a lot of variety but, sometimes i’ve noticed in pictures there can be extra arms or extra legs or even no arms and no legs. Besides this the only downside about AIPainting is unless you buy premium you can only use it a certain amount of times a day and it makes your choices feel limiting and numbing especially when the ai messes up and you lose a turn.

This used to be unlimited. Was totally the best app to use but now you only get a handful of credits even if your a subscriber and you pay the weekly or yearly fee. I was paying weekly cause this was an amazing app but today I got a notification that my credits were used up…. I was so disappointed. They’ve turned this into a micro transaction pay to play more app. I immediately cancelled my subscription going forward unless they address this. No warning or anything to their already paying customer base. If I had paid for the year, I’d be even more upset right now. It does create great pictures, but I don’t support a product that just wants to milk more money from it’s already paying customers

First time ever getting into AI art and honestly AIPainting is fantastic when it comes to user creativity, with basically a limitless number of possibilities.

Having said that, it is strange to me that AIPainting offers an “unlimited” option for a price but it still requires you to pay for additional credits after you run out and if you can’t you have to wait a week for them to replenish. This is a great app and I do think it’d be worth the cost if it wasn’t for that weekly credit cap. If they fix that then AIPainting is definitely 5 star material, for now tho, I would not recommend spending money on AIPainting .

I really did enjoy this generator, enough to to get the unlimited access for the year nonetheless, and now I boot up AIPainting and get told I get 5 chances…for a whole week? I like to generate and can go through 100 try’s in a day easily and now if I want to I have to pay another $10 on top of my ‘unlimited’ subscription? If you’re really going forward with this there are some changes you should consider.

-Either increase the number of ‘free’ attempts a week, or decrease the amount of time before getting more chances. Or better yet both…especially for people who have already subscribed.

-Maybe don’t tout it as unlimited access anymore because last I checked, 5 tries a week, thats a pretty harsh limit for ‘unlimited’

-Best possible thing, just revert it to how it was.

Seriously though, just feels like a money grab now after this update, I do hope you fix some things, it would be a shame to never use your app again.

Not a bad program, but a terrible subscription model. In addition to having to subscribe, this program only allows to generate a certain number of pictures per week, then you have to pay again (~3 times the cost of the weekly subscription) to be allowed to continue using it…

AIPainting is by far (to me), the best ai art app I’ve used. You can make literally anything, and be extremely creative. Although, here are some suggestions and issues. You can only make about 5 creations a day and ok, that’s fine. 24 hours passed, I still can’t make anymore art. It doesn’t even show you the time when you can make more art, it just says “(0:00am)”. It’s a big problem. Even when you are at max, and you create another creation, it blurs the image like it’s teasing you. I suggest that you can change the 5 limitation, to 15 because of how fast and how deformed some creations can come out or it doesn’t even go your way. Also try to fix the timer for how long you have to wait. Overall AIPainting is amazing.

Super easy to use, some of the models are not quite there yet but to quite honest the anime and 3D models are fantastic, realism model are a bit of a work in progress but it’s ai it’ll learn after a few updates.

- very intuitive and creative
- easy to use with out a doubt
- with the right prompt you can create a masterpiece
- 3D and anime models are excellent

Cons
- limited creative options for the price point
Such as negative prompts, adjusting how creative the ai can get or how much you want it to stick to the prompt
- realistic models are a work in progress (but still fairly solid)
- 100 credits that you need to purchase when you run out even with a monthly subscription is kind of a bummer but still not awful

All in all still my top 5 choice

This is one of my favorite apps I have ever been on. The pictures look beautiful but there is one problem. Sometimes there are extra arms and hands. Even when I put in 2 arms and 2 hands there are still extra. Besides that problem this is the best ai art generating app I have ever been on.

I would give it a five if it didn’t trick you into buying a yearly subscription saying unlimited access when there’s a weekly limit, please remove the weekly limit to paid subscriptions

This is a really great AI Art Generator the free version is very annoying. But it makes great art. Couple things I would add is multiple artwork made at the same time kinda like Dream Ai app. It would also be cool to watch the AI make the art it would really fun to see that. Great Art wish the wait was short or have you watch the Ai draw it. I reduced it to 3 stars because if you for yearly you can only get so many Ai drawing a week.

The Art it makes is usually pretty good. But if you pay for the subscription you shouldn’t have to then pay additionally for credits to get more attempts to get a piece that looks somewhat how you want it. At the end of the day, the AI can’t read your mind and sometimes it will take 20 tries to get what you want. At that rate it’s simply ridiculous and completely unfair to impose a credit system that requires further in-app purchases.

That being said, here is what I suggest:

1.) Even if you have to raise the subscription price to $9.99/mo or something, make it include unlimited attempts. I totally understand limiting attempts in a free trial, but in a paid subscription it’s ridiculous.

2.) Paying for additional credits wouldn’t be bad if left as an option for free users. Someone doesn’t want to ad another subscription they will likely forget about when they stop using it, so a one time credit purchase would make sense. Just DONT MAKE THEM NECESSARY FOR SUBSCRIBERS.

If this simple change were made it would be a 5 star app instantly. I used it to make some concept art for a game project and the results can be absolutely fantastic. But it feels like the developers are just being greedy here, and that really drags AIPainting down.

Why can you not make unlimited photos? I shouldn’t have to pay for that. It makes it irritating because this is the best one on AIPainting Store and it blurs it out making it seem like they are teasing you but it is a overall good app

It says “unlimited” access for the subscription however it DOES limit you to 100 per week. That is blatantly a scam. It does not offer what it advertises. Don’t say “unlimited” if you get capped out at 100 per week. That is a limit. And you are not selling what you’re advertising. That being said if it was said that you will have a weekly subscription for 100 pictures I don’t think that many people would have an issue. The issue is that you subscribe and you’re limited after being told it is unlimited access to AIPainting . Which is NOT the truth. Either make it UNLIMITED, as advertised, or say that it isn’t.

Update: it appears that the issue of not being able to restore license has been fixed and seems to be back working just like before.

I noticed that I hadn’t received my weekly bonus credits so I tried to reinstall the ad pp. now I can’t restore my subscription license. The feedback/suggestion form inside AIPainting also does not seem to send. Since I have reinstalled nothing is loading for me to even try and generate an image by watching ads. Once these issues are corrected and fix, I will update this review. It was working great for me till this issue happened and hopefully it is addressed soon.

I was in the middle of a nice creation marathon with over 700 bonus credits that i had remaining from a purchase of 1000 bonus credits when suddenly AIPainting tells me I lost internet connection. I close app and restart going back to the next image when I get the (reached weekly limit) , it shouldn’t effect my bonus credits but I go subscribe page and my 700 bonus credits are gone I’m not paying another $89 please just fix it and give me my credits back

I love AIPainting , it’s the best AI text to image art you can get, however, AIPainting has been bugging out bad recently and won’t let me renew a subscription or even create free art by watching a video. Maybe an update coming, maybe just a bad bug, either way it needs to get handled, can’t be the only one this is happening to.

Here are the problems we found:
1. Whitewashing and race changing. My Black daughter was turned white, which is absolutely unacceptable. Also having her and my husband turned into Asians is morally wrong and dishonors those who are. At minimum, we should be able to indicate race or skin color and opt out of race changing.

2. We bought the Avatar package of ten different groupings. My husbands one had ten in the “Japanese Style” that are worthless.

3. In the “Hip Hop” style he’s an ACTUAL ANIMAL in half of them. They also look rainbow punk, so thank GOD he was made into a unicorn and not put in Blackface! (But also, what does it say that Hip Hop has him as an animal?!)

4. I don’t understand why “Boy” is even a category. Totally inappropriate.

5. Also useless. In “Van Gogh” one there’s not even a person in 3 of them, but sure let’s buy a plate of spaghetti!

6. There were a lot of gory ones. I should be able to opt out of that.

7. Even when we told the generator to be sure to leave the beautiful BLACKNESS in my daughter, she was whitewashed.

8. When I tried to use the firm to reach out it to the developer, it did not let me submit or indicate that it was submitted.

A total waste.

AIPainting has some of the worst ad pop ups i’ve seen. Literally every few seconds there’s an annoying ad popping up, you can’t even click on something without getting an ad in your face that can’t be skipped. I understand that if you’re not paying for a service then ads are essential, but the amount ads shown is ridiculous. It’s like they’re trying to force you to pay for their subscription(most likely) which is a bad look, might as well not have a free option if you’re going to be drowning people with ads. The AI generation is good though, but that’s not exactly a rare sight now. Cut it down with ads and AIPainting wouldn’t be so horrible, simple.

Honestly it’s amazing, but also needs some bugs fixed. Especially with the anime. The hands sometimes aren’t to good, and it sometimes gives extra body part. But 96% of the time it turns out amazing. This has so much potential to do amazing things. My best friend showed me AIPainting , and after playing with it on his phone I added it to mine. Love making new characters with it.

It’s a decent app but it frequently crashes during creation and you lose the credit for that creation, as well as the prompt you typed out (copy frequently if reiterating the same or similar prompts). Also, it doesn’t really follow the prompt you give a lot of the time and does kind of what it wants, as compared to other AI art apps (ai fun, illusion AI, even airbrush’s ai creator) though the end image is usually high quality.

Trying to get the credits I lose every week back has also been impossible.

I paid for an annual subscription that will expire in October 2024. Apparently I’m limited to 100 uses per week which I’m fine with. The problem is that whenever I try to use AIPainting , I get a message that I’ve used up my weekly 100 credits and I have to wait until next week to use AIPainting again or purchase additional credits. That is fine too except it’s been well over a week and maybe up to three weeks since I was last able to use AIPainting I’m angry and want my money back as I’ve sent messages to address this concern but I haven’t heard back yet. If you take my money, you should offer customer support.

I paid for an annual subscription and was able to create 10 images before I get the message that I am out of weekly credits and have to wait until next week for more credits. It has been over two weeks and still have not received my credits.

The only creates one version of your prompt at a time and the size ratios are limited to three sizes. Other apps allow up to four generated versions with a subscription and more aspect ratio sizes to chose from. Paying for a subscription should get me more perks not the same as a free version.

If I am paying for a subscription, I should be able to create as many pieces of art as I want. What artists only limits themselves to a couple of piece of art before they say, “That’s it for the month. I can’t create anything else until next month.” That is just asinine.

I would stay away from AIPainting until they fix the bugs so you can actually benefit from it and create art. I will be looking for another app to use. This one was a waste of money.

I love AIPainting . The art it generates is beyond perfect. BUT!!!!! When I spend $30 for premium access, I should not be limited to weekly credits. Clicking my account says I have unlimited access, yet they are limiting my weekly creations. I would really love to give this 5 stars, but because of that, it doesn’t deserve anything more than 3. Fix that and I’ll fix my review.

Update: dropped down to 1 star as I’m sick and tired of being limited with this so called unlimited purchase. When does my week start over and why don’t my credits restart every week. You force me to use them before they refill and there is no telling when my week restarts. So some weeks I may use them all right away and some I don’t. If you don’t allow build up of credits then you shouldn’t force people to use all the credits before refilling. Better yet, get rid of the limitations to those whom have paid the yearly unlimited price. Getting sick of this already.

I tried to do one more, but it all of a sudden says oops you have reached your limit from your drawing like seriously seriously this needs to go bye-bye out of this town because like literally, I wouldn’t be sitting here waiting until 1 AM in the morning and then here he goes againI could still see the picture a little bit but it’s really really annoying how it doesn’t show us a picture that bad like that like I know it’s supposed to but like yeah I need to change a lot if it wants me to make it a five stars so bad but I’ll give it four stars because it was a real good idea to paint because of the AI. It was really good so I’ll get points for that at least
