My LoanCare Go Reviews

I'm giving MyLoanCareGo one star because it is incredibly difficult to navigate. The interface is confusing, and it's not easy to figure out where to upload important documents like tax notices. The steps are unclear, and the overall user experience is frustrating. MyLoanCareGo needs a lot of improvement to be useful.

Additional payment is either nonexistent or more difficult to find than previous app.

Cannot login because there isn’t a keyboard to type!!!! Whoever made MyLoanCareGo, get a new job.

Thought I could use MyLoanCareGo, but was surprised when it requires an Okta login, which isn’t what I usually login with.

MyLoanCareGo won’t even let me log in using my user name and password. I double checked my user name, reset my password and it still does not work!

I’m willing to take a higher interest rate to get away from them. PMI removal went 80% LTV, to 78% LTV, then to 75% LTV. They just move it every time I hit the target. I’m done. I’ll give up my 3.5 % interest rate to get away from these crooks.

At Loan Care the people and company lack basic competence. There is no accountability - when I call in for help it is exercise in futility and frustration. I have to speak to different customer service rep each time and no one has a clue as to what is going on.

This new software is not user friendly and much worse than previous loan care app. Please bring the old app back!

Nothing works. I can’t even pay my mortgage. Great job. Only 7 more months until you sell my loan to another incompetent servicer. Can’t wait til the economy collapses. Thanks for all you do!

Please tell me this is a joke!! Who has time for this?! Can even do something simple like may a payment! Not user friendly at all and I’m technical so I don’t even need it to be user friendly it’s so horrible, it’s not technical people friendly as well! Everything is all over the place UNORGANIZED!!

MyLoanCareGo is garbage. Waste of memory on my iPhone. It never loads.

Takes a while to loan. Statement feature crashes.
I have 2 accounts escrow and mortgage. I only see my escrow account .

Every time I try to sign on I go in circles just to make my payment. It is always obvious that you have my password saved because you notify me multiple times, yet when I try to sign in I have to try to login over and over again, loancare says I can’t login “at this time”. It does this over and over again. Why?!

I tried to pay my mortgage via the website and successfully signed on I thought until it asked for the SMS passcode which successfully generated but when I enter it, the page would freeze up and eventually ask if I didn’t receive the passcode. I tried more than ten times between two internet platforms to no avail. So I said let me try MyLoanCareGo . I successfully logged onto MyLoanCareGo . It kept trying my facial recognition to push the transaction through but would return with an “oops something went wrong” message. I decided to try it one last time and it worked. I just paid another mortgage for another bank within a 20 second window and received a success email. Please do better! It doesn’t help when all mediums for making payments are tedious and don’t work!

Absolutely dysfunctional - continually locks your account. Fix it.

I use the first app that LoanCare put out prior to this one and it is by far more user friendly. You had easier access to amortization schedules, up to date remaining payments, current reflective balance as of setup (but not processed) payment, etc….not so much with this one. Only access is to forms, bills, etc. All other useful tools were removed. Honestly MyLoanCareGo is a step backwards, I don’t know who got paid to develop this but it feels extremely incomplete.

I don’t like that are now notifying us on this new app our information will be shared. If you don’t opt in then you can’t use MyLoanCareGo . MyLoanCareGo is for customer convenience and security. I think it’s ridiculous that you have to agree just to use MyLoanCareGo .

I don’t even know what to say. MyLoanCareGo and website have been down for days. Any official word from LoanCare as to when it will be up? Can’t pay my mortgage. Don’t want to mail.

Give us a mortgage calculator within MyLoanCareGo just like the one y’all removed from the browser.

Hello I just downloaded the new app and for some reason it doesn’t open?
When I click on sign in it does retrieving credentials but nothing happens.
Please advise

MyLoanCareGo is simple & convenient to use. However it always makes me change my password. I have it saved in phone so I know it’s correct yet I’m always being locked out & needing to change it. This used to happen monthly on old app then it stopped & with the updated app it’s back to basically monthly password change.

Needs improvement on customizing the payment amount, “other amount” it doesn’t have an option if you want to add extra like it did before on the other app

Navigating around MyLoanCareGo is easy and understandable. All my info is right here and I don’t have to search for it. Simple and direct, the way it should be.

MyLoanCareGo I started using when I took out my loan with LoanCare about 5 years ago did… nothing. Some data to see but nothing functional.
This version is intuitive, stable and just overall really nice. My dad could have used it without lots of help. Nice work!

I was very skeptical and expected a terrible experience based on the reviews for MyLoanCareGo. I am pleasantly surprised. I was able to make my payment easily, all account info was saved, and my tax documents were easily accessible. People just don’t like change, and that’s okay too. MyLoanCareGo does what it’s supposed to!

Nice website easy to navigate I wish it was easier to get another mortgage.

I can now use Face ID to log in and can see my documents easier thank you

This was my first time using MyLoanCareGo but I can say that it’s very easy, quick and simple to use.

This is a great App. Makes keeping up with my mortgage payments easy. I wish LoanCare handled all my bill payments.

LoanCare has hit it out of the park with MyLoanCareGo! I now use it more than the website. MyLoanCareGo is highly versatile and contains voluminous information!
