Close and restart the TernioCX app on iPhone
Update TernioCX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TernioCX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TernioCX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TernioCX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix TernioCX not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TernioCX app issues:

Force Stop the TernioCX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TernioCX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TernioCX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TernioCX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TernioCX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TernioCX.

Fix TernioCX unable to contact server/ TernioCX internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click TernioCX » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got TernioCX » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TernioCX on android.
