🏷️ About: The National Health Insurance Company-Daman has launched an official mobile app that allows Daman members to access electronic services using their smartphones. The app comes with a range of features that simplify health insurance and make it more convenient for users.

To use “Submit Reimbursement Claims,” the updated app now hangs if you need to retrieve a photo from your camera roll. (It works fine if you take a shot with its camera feature, however.) They call it “Review Uploaded Photos.”
There’s supposedly a “Documents Gallery”—it’s one of the 3 options for submitting documents when you send in a claim—but there’s no way to access it from the “Additional Documents” menu.
There’s no way to amend a claim if they reject it due to missing documentation. The rejection email’s instruction to call the help center is wrong; the help center will just tell you to reply to the rejection email!
For Pre-Approvals, there’s no way to submit a request for one. What if you’re out of the country?

اسوء تطبيق ممكن تستخدمه. وصلنا لعام ٢٠٢١ و التطبيق فيه رموز غير معروفه! و لما تتصل على خدمة العملاء الخيارات المتوفرة باللغة الاجنبية غير تماما عن اللغة العربية. الموظفة اللي على البدالة اسمها فيفيان لو سمحتوا علموها كيف ترد على العملاء! مستعدين لخصم الغرامات لكن الخدمات المقدمة سيئة! ليش يا ضمان؟

DamanHealth doesn't work, won't go past the splash image when you start it. This is the largest health insurance agency in the county and their app doesn't work.
Very primitive & good app for wasting your valuable time to upload a claim

Really thought DamanHealth was easy to used. There were no unnecessary requests or steps included. Just a few small things I noticed:
1. I could not upload my bill as a pdf. But not sure if the problem was from my side.
2. I could copy and past my IBAN bank info. But not my name.

DamanHealth is so convenient and easy to use!!
It takes 3 seconds to post a claim and 48 hrs to see the reimbursement in your bank account. Constant acknowledgement of the status through email confirmations.
Even the Banks in UAE can not provide this service.

Hopelessly bad company and insurance cover. They disapprove all the claims by default without disclosing the reason of disapproval. It is simply harassment to the patient. Very very bad redressal system. Even their higher management does not care about anything. Overall very bad company
