Upload image from files doesn’t work
To use “Submit Reimbursement Claims,” the updated app now hangs if you need to retrieve a photo from your camera roll. (It works fine if you take a shot with its camera feature, however.) They call it “Review Uploaded Photos.” There’s supposedly a “Documents Gallery”—it’s one of the 3 options for submitting documents when you send in a claim—but there’s no way to access it from the “Additional Documents” menu. There’s no way to amend a claim if they reject it due to missing documentation. The rejection email’s instruction to call the help center is wrong; the help center will just tell you to reply to the rejection email! For Pre-Approvals, there’s no way to submit a request for one. What if you’re out of the country?

This app doesn't work, won't go past the splash image when you start it. This is the largest health insurance agency in the county and their app doesn't work.
