How to fix Liven app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Liven app on iPhone
Update Liven app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Liven iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Liven on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Liven network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Liven Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Liven not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Liven App
1. On android, goto Settings » Liven » click [Force Stop]

Update Liven to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Liven App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Liven » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Liven.

Fix Liven unable to contact server/ Liven internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Liven » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Liven » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
