For some reason, lately the app won’t open….all I get is a blank screen on my IPAD. I have closed app, rebooted IPAD, but still won’t open. If I attempt to reinstall it, I get a message that I will lose all data. I don’t want to lose my practice and favorites data.

App on phone asking for log in, but won't let me. (Haven't had to log in for months.) Also, when I ask for a password reset, says it sent email, but never received it. (Tried 5 times - nothing in spam) Same for my brother's app. On computer, sends me the password reset email, but when I use it to reset password, says it's the wrong password! Guess we're not meditating today! UGH!

App is asking for long in, I have had app for years and I never needed to log in. I reset password and it still says it is incorrect. How can this be corrected so I can access the subscription I pay for?

My app is wanting me to sign in again? It is not accepting my password. I have tried changing it and it says it was successful , but when I go to log in, it says incorrect password? After a dozen tries- I give up! I have had this app since it was available, use it every day… What is going on? Will I have access to all of my paid, favourites and profile history when I get back in? I sent an email to customer support and it said that they will respond within several days. Does this mean I will be credited several extra days for my paid subscription?

Chopra app is not working. I’ve done the software update on my iPhone, deleted the app, re- downloaded the app, checked all my settings, reset my phone. It’s been like this for days. Any other solutions or is this just an internal app thing that needs to be figured out? Kinda bummed cause I enjoy starting my day with the guided meditation and sometimes listen to it more than once. I guess I’ll go back to insight timer and headspace for now. Please let us know when this has been fixed.

I’ve been having problems with the app for the past month. Had support twice and had to delete and reinstall. Problems still happening and I can’t access the sessions I want or my past sessions. V disappointing.

Good Morning, I tried the Deepok Chopra app for 6 days and do not wish to subscribe at this time. I deleted the icon but do not want to be charged for the annual fee. Please advise if there is anything else I need to do to avoid the annual charge. Thank you kindly.
