How to fix BlueEye app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BlueEye app on iPhone
Update BlueEye app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BlueEye iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BlueEye on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BlueEye network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BlueEye Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BlueEye not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BlueEye App
1. On android, goto Settings » BlueEye » click [Force Stop]

Update BlueEye to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BlueEye App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BlueEye » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BlueEye.

Fix BlueEye unable to contact server/ BlueEye internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BlueEye » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BlueEye » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BlueEye
