The shoes are good but the company is a no. I ordered two pairs of shoes July 3rd and they came on July 29th. I’ve never had to wait so long for a pair of shoes to arrive. Not only that but one of the shoes I ordered never came because they were out of stock. They gave me a 10% discount on my next order because the shoes were out of stock which clearly meant nothing because they are offering that discount to anyone because of their prolonged shipping time. Even though I had to wait almost a month for my shoes I was not offered that discount. I asked for them to take off the 10% off my order instead of having to reorder and wait another month for shoes but they said they couldn’t. Most companies will provide you with the discount cause it saves them time on repackaging, shipping, and dealing with your return. I will not be purchasing from them again. Terrible service and clearly don’t care about the environment like they say they do if they would rather have the box shipped back to them and back to me again in order to get the 10% off.

I like these shoes. But this app does not work at all. It was not allowing me to place the order because it was not giving any delivery options. Delivery options were grayed out. Then I contacted the support and they said try another device. Then I tried the website and was able to place the order. The order was reflected on the app as well. But the app kept showing wrong delivery dates. I contacted the support again and they mentioned the app has not been updated yet. Not sure what that means. The web and app shows conflicting data.
My order is also delayed in spite of paying express delivery fee. Very frustrating and bad experience.

Ordered five shoe at a time, want to keep three shoe for me my wife and father, just got four pairs and when I complained no one responded properly, its been 4 days still they are not sending another pair nor granting refund.
Now want to return them all, products are good but company seems to be new and immature.
