Ordered five shoe at a time, want to keep three shoe for me my wife and father, just got four pairs and when I complained no one responded properly, its been 4 days still they are not sending another pair nor granting refund.

Now want to return them all, products are good but company seems to be new and immature.

I like these shoes. But On does not work at all. It was not allowing me to place the order because it was not giving any delivery options. Delivery options were grayed out. Then I contacted the support and they said try another device. Then I tried the website and was able to place the order. The order was reflected this app On as well. But On kept showing wrong delivery dates. I contacted the support again and they mentioned On has not been updated yet. Not sure what that means. The web and app shows conflicting data.
My order is also delayed in spite of paying express delivery fee. Very frustrating and bad experience.

The shoes are good but the company is a no. I ordered two pairs of shoes July 3rd and they came this app July 29th. I’ve never had to wait so long for a pair of shoes to arrive. Not only that but one of the shoes I ordered never came because they were out of stock. They gave me a 10% discount this app my next order because the shoes were out of stock which clearly meant nothing because they are offering that discount to anyone because of their prolonged shipping time. Even though I had to wait almost a month for my shoes I was not offered that discount. I asked for them to take off the 10% off my order instead of having to reorder and wait another month for shoes but they said they couldn’t. Most companies will provide you with the discount cause it saves them time this app repackaging, shipping, and dealing with your return. I will not be purchasing from them again. Terrible service and clearly don’t care about the environment like they say they do if they would rather have the box shipped back to them and back to me again in order to get the 10% off.

I love this brand and all they all to offer but I can’t checkout. Everything I try it says “something went wrong. Please try again.” I don’t know if it has to be updated but I can’t buy what I want.

I absolutely love the intuitive and seamless design of On and how easy to navigate it is, but On crashes 100% of the time when I try to submit a return. It happens after I tap this app which item to return. Before I click submit or even when I am writing additional notes as to why I want to return. Please fix this. I have an iPhone 14 Pro. Other than that, On is 5 stars!

It’s a pretty solid app from what I can tell. But for me the major weak link is no Sign in with Apple support. It’s offered this app the website, so I used it to create an account, but can’t use it with On .

I love these shoes. They single handily relieved my plantar fasciitis. I work in healthcare and these are great lightweight supportive shoes that feel like walking this app a cloud. I ordered these for upcoming trip to Hawaii. I cannot wait for them to arrive. They will be perfect for exploring Oahu.

I typically don’t like spending a lot of money this app shoes. With that said, I’ll definitely spend money if the quality is there. And I believe this company delivers. I just hope they don’t sell out and get too big to where the quality suffers for the sake of quantity, like most shoemakers do. Keep up the great work.

The experience was quite frictionless and fun. I looked through the exclusive offers but none in my size. However I found a great pair and ordered them brand new style and looking forward to their arrival.

I have enjoyed the pair I bought a year ago and have worn them out!

Hoping these will be just as good.

this app are the only athletic shoes I wear. I average over 40 miles of walking a week and began my journey with the Cloudswift which is a fantastic shoe. I am also a Cloudmonster fan especially during my 10 mile walk. My shins, knees and hips are happy campers.

I’ve had several back surgeries & I stand this app my feet at work. I’ve been searching for some shoes that will help with my back. These truly fits my needs. I like the ones with lots of cushion & they’re lots of bright colors to choose from. I just ordered my 5th pair!!

I just want to express appreciation for the excellent customer support I received from this app CLOUD! I have several pairs of this app CLOUDS and I love them all. One of my favorite pairs got a rip, and this app CLOUD replaced them. That type of customer support is not always the case with other companies and I will continue to be a big proponent for this company telling people not only how great the shoes are, but the great company that sells them.

Love the product! Love On , everything is smooth plus I always get my shoes delivered quickly. If I could choose to be a rep for a company it will you be OnCloud. My wife and I have 4 to 5 pairs each and we Love them!!! My wife has running plus her everyday. I have running, everyday and I have two pair I only wear to work. Never owned a better shoe!
