This game doesn’t seem to get it. Everything is generic. A game that promotes having heroes should propagate said hero. Instead, it feels incredibly generic. Heroes don’t even have abilities that I can tell. This is also one of those type of games where you have to keep your phone on nonstop so you weren’t attacked lose every drop of your resources. So far starting off has been extremely annoying. I like these kind of games so I was happy to see this game but now I’m just disappointed.

Clash of clans vibe with blockchain technology that’ll allow players to own their own cosmetic skins that can be sold for crypto and then into cash if you’d like. Team is very focused on community feedback. Stoked for the future of Mavia once alliance wars, wager matches and more is rolled out.

I’ve been playing the beta of this game for a while and I’m amazed at how great of a job Skrice has done developing it. The gameplay and graphics are phenomenal!

This game is absolutely gas! I’m loving the interface and simplicity! Never could get into clash of clans and I think where clash of clans missed, this game nailed it all. So fun and so addictive.

I’ve been playing Clash of clans since the beginning. This is the first game that feels like an upgrade!

Honestly the game is pretty good.I do agree with some people there are something’s that resemble clash of clans but overall there are some differences. I feel like some more units (recruits)could be nice but overall it’s a decent game.

A lot like clash of clans but with that extra “wallet connect” and web3 integration. Even better graphic work than the prior mentioned.

Enjoying the game so far. Looks like they have 2v2 battles and some other cool stuff cooking as well 🔥

Super fun so far! Spending more time than i’d like trying to stack that gold and oil!

I paid to get gems, and spent hours building my gold and oil so I could get the next base upgrade only to be forced to stay logged out while limitless attacks can be sent my way. Terrible. You expect people will just be fine with having hours of grinding reversed? Trash

The match making is terrible. I spend 20 minutes searching for someone with more than 1k loot. Then the second I sign off I get attacked and lose almost 20k in loot. Impossible to afford anything because of it.

Why l can’t open it

Literally unplayable. The game crashes during the opening tutorial every time. When it’s time to build a turret and I click the “armory” the game crashes.

This game is way better than COC

I’ve played COC for ten years. It’s fun and professional and addicting.
Mavia copies it so hard with a more sci-fi flair but falls short on so many fronts.
The biggest problem is when you have a huge bank of loot (gold and oil), if you log off, you lose 25% per attack and you will be attacked more than once before a shield kicks in which means you be completely wiped if you log off the game.
When you have to upgrade the base, the leap in cost is astronomical and the amount of loot you can gain per attack doesn’t scale.
I believe this will change but only if you pay or acquire legendary items that will be coming.
There are more issues and maybe they’ll fix them but I find a lot of the focus to be sus.

TLDR: it’s addicting like COC but not nearly as fun and the psychological push is to spend money or rely on others to spend money.

It’s a trap.

Quality Graphics and Smooth Gameplay, and the biggest bonus coming from Clash of Clans that I’m realizing right away is how quickly you find bases when attacking, Top Tier Game excited to see what the developers bring to it

Game is really bad and the support team handling issues is even worse. They give attitude and won’t help if it requires any work at all. I’d stay away from this soon to be money grab. You’ll notice along the way how little they’ll put into it. Grave this terrible team and project. Stolen idea anyway.

Really fun, first mobile game I have enjoyed playing in years!

A long time COC / base building player here and I must say this game is great . It has a different feel than any game in this category and awesome graphics, so much to do and so much more coming soon. Great job developers, can’t wait to see what you add next .

This game is very addictive and they have so much in play for the future. The style of play is similar to CoC, but anyone complaining about this being the same is being disingenuous. This and CoC represents a specific style of game so they are bound to have similarities. Overall, very fun game and it’s just the beginning.

The game feels like it crashes more than it did before the last update ESPECIALLY during battle. Then I lose my troops and all the loot I’ve just earned plus I have to wait for my hero to regenerate her Health all over again.

Lots of stuff coming from the developers. Good time to get in before it gets big.

Need to fix so many things. Played a few levels of HQ. It seems fun at HQ 1,2 and 3 after that it feels frustrating. Developers need to focus how much time someone should play in a day. No one can sit and play for 24 hrs just to protect the resources. Farming become very hard at higher level HQs and very easy to lose resources. Need to fix the shield system as you lose your shield after one attack. It doesn’t matter when you can farm good amount of loot but from my experience I lose more than I gain every single time. I stopped playing for the time being. I might want to look back when someone tell me they improved. For now good bye Mavia.

Good game could definitely be better especially if they look at COC and see what to avoid and what to improve on, the problems I’ve had with the game is you lose to much resources when your attacked, the upgrade cost for HQ’s are ridiculous with how much gold your able to earn, story missions escalate to sudden and then some are just too easy, I got to HQ 4 fully maxed out I just can’t get to 700k i grind around 200k+ for hours just to lose it when I log back in. And HQ 3 was also sort’ve a pain. While only being 120k

I really want to get into this game but there’s so many issues. I get kicked out of the game every time I play. Usually it’s during a battle or right after a battle. I’ve tried contacting their support but it doesn’t exist. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the game but it still didn’t fix it. I also wasn’t able to play on my iPad and iPhone even at different times. If I logged in on one device it would kick me out on the other.

If people think going from lvl 4 to 5 at 700K is tough wait till they see the 2 million needed for lvl 5 to 6. I’ll see if the devs make any adjustments to the game in a later update after feedback and if not I’m going to delete. It takes too much time and resources to do anything in the game unless you never shut it down for a whole day.

It’s impossible to get anything done because the amount of resources people can take from you when they attack is wayyy too much. Had potential but deleted it

Was enjoying the game until this recent update made it so attacking is impossible, also the upgrade times and cost to upgrade building/ research time and cost to upgrade troops/ hero is more. This is making it more pay to win which is greedy. They did this on purpose to get people to spend more, a 3rd engineer costs 1200 gems? In clash of clans it was 500 gems for third builder, that means 4th and 5th will be even more which is just scummy

I have been enjoying the game and have seen the bugs however the team seems to be very responsive to fixing these bugs and making the game even more enjoyable to play! Thank you for that MAVIA TEAM!!!

March 21, 2024 they made the game MUCH more P2W. They released shield purchasing and engineer purchasing (extra building construction) only thru IRL $. They also DRASTICALLY increased the time AND resources it takes to upgrade buildings. Like 3x longer and 10x the price. Which means everyone who was lvl6+ HQ before the update got there on peanuts and the only way for you to catch up ever is to pay. I enjoyed the game but have uninstalled it now on my way to lvl 6 HQ. Not worth it. Too bad.

i’m currently HQ 4. i like the game. i don’t lose a lot of resources like earlier reviews have stated. build up your base in a smart way with walls and you should be fine. game is pretty fun. obviously a CoC remake but i like it.

Been playing this game religiously for the past month. Just did an update that completely changed the entire game play. Almost like whole new game in the worst ways. Use to recommend to friends, not anymore. I’ll give it two more weeks, unless new updates fix and make it better, I’m gone for good.

If I would rate a worst update in mobile game history, recent update of heroes of Mavia definitely took place somewhere. Imagine you needed to spend couple hours to loot somebody to upgrade your defenses, good, now the cost of the defenses are 3x more. You have factories for ground and air, but everything comes out in one factory in an order which makes no f sense. Want to upgrade your hq? Good, if you don’t wanna pay $ you need to spend your whole day turn on your phone and attack nonestop because every hq upgrade requires the maximum of the gold storage. I sincerely hope your team fail this project and fail everything later in your life too.

Game is good starting out. Your headquarters costs 700k to upgrade from lvl 4 to lvl 5. It’s a lot harder to gather resources than clash of clans.

If your new to hero’s of Mavia, your to late. It’s impossible to progress now. Say you farm 200k and log off, you’ll log back on with 50k max. With a great base to. People simply take almost all your resources way faster than you can make anything. As simple as that. Seems like a dud game to me at this point. Don’t even really see how they can fix it. The early players are set, but it’s quite literally impossible to become a new one.

HeroesofMavia is dope. But the thing that gets me frustrated with HeroesofMavia is that every five minutes it closes, When I’m attacking, trying to build a wall or recruiting. Can’t do nothing in HeroesofMavia really, I mean you can farm your loot and collect your oil and build walls, but there’s no real advancement path. Ima still invest my time in the game cause HeroesofMavia is still in the beginning stages

Obviously still a work in progress but very addicting and every update is leaps and bounds better. Developers are working hard to perfect this and everyone should be playing!

You have to remember they are still rolling out parts of this game and ecosystem. That being said, I’ve had a blast playing it already!

Fun game, but you need to let us watch a highlight of being attacked. Building a base to be defended is half of the entire game! Not being able to watch a video our base defending its self kinda ruins the game. If this is not added soon, i don't see any reason to continue playing and investing more time. I hope the team reads this!

Mavia has to solve that cup problem
I see that in all the games with almost 3000 cups, if you win three stars they only give you 11 or 6 cups and if you lose they take away 30 to 50 and that is unfair, it is practically not worth continuing to play.

It’s a decently made game. I just got bored and annoyed by his long everything takes very quickly. If I wanted to make a bunch of units it was 3 minutes of waiting. Then The game play was 3 minutes of those same units hitting a building slowly and without excitement until it went down. Then they did that again until all the buildings were down. I’ve genuinely never been so bored playing a game. I would imagine it would get better and more interesting as you build up and fight harder battles. When that could ever be is something I have no interest in finding out. I deleted the game.

I am constantly under attack and have shields. Every time I check in to go play I’ve got a shield because I’ve been attacked. It takes forever to gather enough resources to do upgrading when you’re constantly being attacked.
