How dare you update and print a big yellow "New" banner across the game with a sign that says unlock new levels and bonus levels and then tell my child we have to pay for the upgrade!! She is heartbroken! We used to love this game but now she doesn't even want to play. I get that you want to make money off it but don't get a kid excited and then crush their feelings. The big yellow banner was unnecessary. You should have just updated with a note to parents in the update section that new levels require purchase. The kids did not need to know about new levels unless their parents chose to purchase and tell them. I gave you one star because the free stuff was and still is good but your marketing strategy is horrible.

I thought there was something wrong with my product but it’s PJMasks . I called for tech support and everything and the whole time it was PJMasks . I should have read the comments first because I wasn’t the only one. I gave it two stars because it was cool for my kids to play when the sound was working

I was simply scrolling PJMasks Store and saw this: I remember watching the show back in 2015 and I really liked it but whenever I rewatch it it just doesn’t spark like it used to but this does overall the game is fun and I really like it

Out of all the games - This is my Grandson’s Favorite!!!
The Initial game might’ve been FREE!!! - With any other apps and games they are always going to have upgrades and if we want to have more games for our children to play then sometimes we are going to have to just pay a few dollars for that - So to all those Parents who complain!!!
Think about what it cost for these Software Designers have to pay to make a game for your child to play that is SAFE • FUN • AND FREE!!!
IF YOU CHOOSE TO spend more money for your child you have the extra games then so be it - Don’t complain everyone has to make money even the people that make your children’s games!!!
Why can’t people just be happy anymore!!!! Everyone (a few people) is/are so NEGATIVE - Thank you to all The Designers that make my Grandson Games like this that he’s able to play and enjoy!!!

Pj masks is so fun I love it Bc all the levels are fun and it makes me think of something I love. And yes it’s supposed make kids feel happy and have fun!

I was going to buy the upgrade, but now I’m so sure. I’m already having problems with the few masks my son is able to use without purchasing and after reading all the BAD reviews I’m not so sure I want to put my money into PJMasks till I’m sure the bugs have been exterminated!
With that said with what my son has said “I live this game sooooo much, can you please buy it now?!”
So please hurry and fix it since I can’t put off buying it much longer without my son losing interest in the game!! Also I agree. Don’t put the content that has to be paid for where the kids can see it and get there hopes up, because some family’s are NOT lucky enough to be able to even afford $3 + tax. Also QUIT COMPLAINING!! Just give them some ideas on how to be more in tune with parents and children alike, or give constructive feedback, since people also need to be able to be paid for their hard work so they can buy food, clothes, and apps! For their kids also. Along with paying bills!! So there😊😙
Love the graphics keep it up. And please make more bundles!!

Hi I love pj masks ever since I was 3 my favourite character is Gekko 🦎 and I like cat boy too. I don’t like owlette but this game is so fun that I like her 2% sorry...... I am a boy and even though I am 5 now this will always be my favourite app and my favourite show!

I am 10 years old so the fact that l’m playing a game for a 5 or 6 year old is weird some might say. But it’s such a good pass time and sense it’s so fun I will keep playing it until I have completely grown out of it. But it is SOOOOO easy

I used to play this when I was like 4 or 5, but now I’m 9 and I’m still interested into this game! Even though I’m getting older, I still like the kid stuff, like PJ Masks, what? If you are fan of PJ Masks then try this cool game out. I still don’t know if it works yet because I just downloaded it and haven’t even entered PJMasks so good luck for me, lol. This is the second pj masks free app we downloaded on the iPad but we haven’t been able to get either off the first page. My son is upset but I’m not paying for the upgrade not knowing if it will work. :(

I had a super excited kiddo here for this a app but it turned to disappointment super quickly. PJMasks shuts down and kicks you off within seconds of going on it. Glad we didn't have to pay for this!
