Follow these steps to resolve intermittent NC Quick Pass app issues:

Force Stop the NC Quick Pass App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NC Quick Pass app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NC Quick Pass to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NC Quick Pass App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NC Quick Pass app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NC Quick Pass.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click NC Quick Pass » "Force Stop".

Again, got NC Quick Pass » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
