Why I need an app to transfer MY money to another bank account ?
People need a credit card to pay rent or an app that can charge a credit card and send a check to landlord.

I saw this all over facebook and ticktock and decided to give it a try ends of September.
Not only did they steal my money but my landlord never received the rent.. i asked them for a full refund and they declined it until i had to go to the bank and file a dispute .
I dont think they were ever gonna pay my rent .

I have tried to get SplitPay but it just freezes once opened and does not move from beginning screen. I have deleted SplitPay and reinstalled.. I have restarted my 15 Pro Max iPhone and tried to open app — nada. I have deleted SplitPay and restarted my phone and then reinstalled it—still nada. If this is some wired glitch I hope it gets fixed soon. SplitPay would be a game changer for me. So.. if SplitPay gets fixed I would love to see if it will work for me.

So your app took me all the way through the process. Link my bank and everything. Tried to use the lot to split payments and was giving an error message. Called customer service and they were no help really didn’t try to help me. Just said your bank do not work with our system. I bank with chase and a few other banks and she just said I need to call my bank. What would I call my bank for if in my account it say sharing with rentapp. I’m confused so I deleted everything from you guys. Thanks anyway great idea

OMG, Rent App is awesome! I didn’t even know you could build credit by paying rent. Now, I’m getting my credit score up without doing anything extra. So cool!

My landlord recommended SplitPay and it has been so much more convenient than zelle because I don’t have to break up the payments and can just send it in one go. It’s actually designed for rent not like Zelle so I find it pretty useful

The fact that rent app builds your credit makes it a no brainer. The new split pay feature makes it a must.

So I heard about this from a friend and decided to give it a try. Times were tough so the split pay feature was pretty appealing. I was concerned at first on whether my landlord would accept it, but i figured out they already have tenants using it and they accept it. It’s been really helpful not having to pay such big sums at once. Having the rent split into two eliminates so much unnecessary stress for me. I do think the fee is a bit expensive for the service but honestly it’s worth it. I recommend it to anyone needing to balance their finances better.

I’m glad to no longer pay rent by cash. Never gave me confidence that I could prove that I paid given the people involved. Thank you Rent App!

Exactly what everybody needs these days. Inflation is crazy, so SplitPay has come in at a pretty good time. It’s such a breath of fresh air not to have to pay my entire salary at the top of the month. Having rent app made it so i can pay in installments and my landlord doesn’t complain because she gets her money on time regardless. It’s a pretty good experience so far. Customer service is quick to respond and handled all my concerns

Some people are lazy and having excuses about using a convenient app to pay rent just a they can charge more on rent or pretend they don’t know how to use a smartphone (even though some do admit they can’t use one)

Super convenient and easy. Can’t believe paid rent for so many years without it raising my credit. No fees and was easy for my landlord to set up. If you’re a renter this is a must use! Best free way to boost your credit hands down !

Heard about this from a friend who also rents. I just used it to pay rent last month and it was so easy to set up. They stayed true to their promise—neither I nor my landlord needed to pay any fees and the process was super smooth. Highly recommend!

My landlord used to use some janky old website that always bugged me to leave feedback and sent me like 8 emails a month. We tried SplitPay and it’s so much better, no hassles and much easier having it on my phone, just like it should be in 2024!

I’ve been using RentApp to pay rent for a couple of months now and like it a lot. I’ve used Zelle before but because of their transaction amount limits we’d have to send the payment in several payments and from different accounts, SplitPay solved our problem.

Omg so I started paying my rent with SplitPay and my credit score went from a 640 to an 826!!! I was dumb in college and forgot to pay my Victoria secret credit card LOL so I’ve been trying to fix my credit score for FOREVER! Thank you Rent App!! Might do something crazy and take out a mortgage now 😂

Super easy to set up , absolutely prefer this compared to the portal my old community used to use for paying monthly rent
