I was naive to a lot of aspects involved with centralized exchanges when I started using the this app app. Take it from me and save yourself 4 months of just a really bad overall experience and just don’t use it. There are about a dozen instances I endured, but the worst one came today when I realized how they manipulate your transactions (deposits and withdrawals) by choosing the most opportune time for them to process. When the market is up, good luck getting your money. When the market was down, they froze my account due to an issue outside of my control. The market “coincidentally” was in the process of the biggest rebound in years and now they will not release my coins back to me until I make another deposit of equal or greater value to “ensure my account is in good standing order”. Now that the money will equal half of the amount of assets it would have when they froze the account, they are basically making me double pay. Several instances similar to this. Just don’t use it. There are other exchanges that offer more coins, have a better interface, faster transaction times and actually run their platform ethically.

With real time money at play they do nothing but send you a repeated message and do nothing to fix the problem the worst absolutely the worst customer service and unprofessional business that I can ever remember doing business with. The amount that I traded for was different in the price that I'm currently at. When you can clearly go onto your history and see the price that youBought in at. The transactions came back and had a completely different amount. Also when you have a repeted buy at a lower amount than what your price is currently standing at there should be a percentage change either higher or lower very simple. Three different times on two different transactions no percentage change no response from them except an automated text it's been over a week now. they have done nothing to fix the problem and I am still sitting here losing money as we speak because of their incompetence and lack of response time or to even respond at all besides an automated text. On the other hand Robin has been Robin Hood has been nothing but the best no problems whatsoever I would totally recommend Robin Hood to anyone.

I had a love/hate with this app that has run it’s course to just hate over the last 6mo. Where is this app the best? On the interest they offer. Where are they meh, their spreads. Where are they the worst? Transfers and customer service. It’s become impossible to move funds to either my bank or my wallet in a timely manner. All transactions sit on pending status waaaaaay longer that the ticket quotes you it will take (24 hours). There is no way to speak to anyone that I know of (I looked up the CEO on Bloomberg but haven’t tried the listed number yet), the only option is to support a ticket. That ticket will sit unanswered while your problem isn’t fixed. Eventually, days and days and days later (I think it took a week for them to process my last cash withdrawal to my bank which I mean on this app’s end, my bank posted it the day after the transaction came off pending) your transfer will go through. The interest has held me too long: with DeFi out there and this app actively suppressing it, I don’t need this app anymore. Thanks for almost being great, making this that much more disappointing.

I initially liked the concept and the seemingly low fees but found that they make TONS of money off users by a terrible spread for market orders. The fact that limit orders rarely ever execute or at least, take many many hours to do so, makes it impossible for a trader to make any reasonable profit in the short term. It’s obvious this lag or purposeful annoyance is rigged and will make most people submit a market order instead, which is rigged to get the worst possible price and thereby fill voyagers balance sheet with these hidden and outrageous spread “fees”. Do not use Voyager if you are wanting to rapidly trade. Only if you are long and rarely want to invest or divest. But … Even then , the fee to transfer Bitcoin is a whopping 28 bucks and takes hours to days. Withdrawals and deposits of fiat USD take days to weeks!! No other exchange is this terrible. Voyager itself is very buggy where orders don’t show up after you make them, the list of orders and transfers has to be refreshed frequently before they show and s general feeling of “is Voyager really showing correct prices and balances” tends to irk me. Also, the calculations are almost all completely off. The profit loss is based on “price” which you will NEVER get. The cost average is very wrong. It’s a literal mess.

And now in the heat of highest prices ever, their app can’t handle the trades. It’s DOWN. What a JOKE.

I have been using this app for less than a month now. Shortly after I transferred thousands of dollars and made my orders i have been locked out of my account numerous times. They constantly are doing maintenance to their app. They would have various reasons why. For example i would be locked out because there were too much traffic during trading and will notify me when I can access my account again. They actually have a scheduled maintenance day where I would get emails in advance stating that I wouldn’t be able to access my account for a few hours. Which means if I should suddenly need to sell my positions due to market crash i wouldn’t be able to do anything about it. Currently while I am writing this review I am locked out because this app had issue a new iOS in the apple store and is waiting for an approval to update Voyager . It’s been over six hours now and still locked out of my account. So the market can crash right now and I wouldn’t be able to do anything about it. Crypto trading is 24/7 and I would frequently be locked out. This is my money they are dealing with and It drives me mad knowing that I actually don’t have control over it. I am too deep now to withdraw everything and go elsewhere. These people are really sneaky on how keep you on. Oh well I won’t be increasing my position anymore for sure.

this app is terrible - I transferred thousands of dollars worth of ADA from my wallet - the transaction was confirmed on the blockchain over 40,000 times - never credited on my this app account. I reached out to customer service by phone five times and left voicemails because nobody ever answers the phone and I have never received a call back from support. I have emailed support at least 15 times and still no resolution to this issue. I actually sent tweets to the CEO and he just indicated that the issue was being looked into yet nothing has happened. It has been eight days since the transfer occurred and I have nothing in my this app account. They have failed to give me my money and their customer service is absolutely terrible.

Lastly, free exchanges is a scam because the buy spreads are absolutely ridiculous - you will pay sometimes up to 3% more per crypto over the actual market price and when you sell you don’t get that same mark up - I have calculated that you often pay at least $50 - $100 per purchase - for example with ADA - if the market price is 1.15, the price you have to buy ADA through this app will be around 1.19 so if you intend to purchase 2000 ADA that will actually cost you an extra $80 - but if you were to sell ADA this app will only give you the 1.15 price - might as well just use a legitimate exchange and pay the $7 for each buy - save lots of money - and they probably won’t lose your money.

Sorry but I recommend against Voyager . Don’t use this app. I’ve used it for a few months now. I did the verification process: I’m perfectly legal, perfectly fine, I’m 100% certain of that. That was done, set up my bank, bought assets. Fine, no problems. I check my assets every day, bought and sold a few things, fine. Then Voyager locks me out and I have to do verification all over again. Ok, so I do it again. Now, a few weeks later, it locks me out again. Now my balance reads zero: cash gone, crypto gone- it’s a lot of money. I don’t panic, I relax and then I do verification for a third time. It says it may take up to 12 weeks to verify and if I start a support ticket it will take longer. What? Thankfully, I’m verified about an hour later. Balance: zero. But after a while balance is back to normal so my assets are obviously safe. But now I’m upset and want to take my assets out. Frozen. I can’t send out the crypto and can’t drop the USD back into my bank. Try and get help in Voyager and all you get is a 100% useless bot. It will not allow me to speak to a human. I’m taking my business somewhere else and I suggest you do as well. Hey this app: You can’t freeze my assets because your app doesn’t work! Easy to put the money into this app but impossible to get it out.

First of all, although I am relatively new to the crypto market, I have done a lot of research. I have multiple other apps, with investments in each of them. Voyager seem like it would be an awesome addition to what I’m already doing, especially with its low fees and interest options, but and that’s a big BUT... unlike the other apps, I could never get my account verified with this app I submitted a ticket and over a week and a half later I still haven’t gotten a response!!! Which with everything going on in the market is even more frustrating. Also, throughout this time, Voyager has had connectivity issues. Ugh.

I even tried to create another new account, thinking maybe I did something wrong the first time... to no avail. The response was still, “we have a verification issue”… But I used the exact same information to all my other accounts and never had a single issue.

I wouldn’t care if I didn’t like the layout of Voyager as much as I do. Plus, I really like the way Voyager updates prices more regularly than the other apps. But, if I can’t get my account even verified… It doesn’t do me much good at all. Didn’t think I would ever use an app to monitor prices for another app. So aggravating. Hope they fix this, but at this time, safely, I can’t recommend Voyager.

First off let’s start with this app has stolen a lot of money from my account, refused to give back even after providing proof of my money from the bank. I have reported to BBB and made other contacts with certain people in order to retrieve my stolen money. They gave standard generic email responses as then proceeded to lock my account from selling, buying, transferring or placing my thousands back into my bank. Their reasons why are for poor behavior or whatever they needed to say to avoid giving me my money back. This leading to poor customer service and not responding to my emails. They have no customer service. It’s only “support” which means the creator of Voyager is the only unprofessional running the show.
My husband has also transferred from one crypto to another to remove all coins, etc from their app. His thousands are not sitting in limbo, no response to 3 emails and his transactions only shows pending.
I blasted this crappy app on Stocktwits and needless to say my messages blew up with tons of people who have experienced the same problem!! Voyager is a scam! They are thieves and keep stealing people's hard earned money!!!! STAY AWAY. Unless you can afford to just give away your money to people who will steal it anyway!!!

Next action is contacting SEC!!

I’ve been using Voyager for a few months now and it’s been a really horrible experience. If you plan on making money, this might not be the place for you.

Voyager is down only when there’s major sell offs and huge spikes, you can’t even log in... it happens quite often and it’s really set up for you to fail on even swing trades. Just take a look at the rest of the reviews. There are so many flaws here ... everything about Voyager that should be of convenience for the user is really a huge inconvenience... everything that has to do with Voyager making money works super well though...no glitches there... Getting Voyager has been the dumbest choice I’ve made. I’m not even going to use this for holding long positions... something fishy always happens and you can’t even log in to your account often and it even seems to follow a crypto price trend. I’m at a point where I can almost predict when Voyager won’t let me log in based on some crypto price movement...took all my money out and went to another app... I’m very disappointed... YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BE ABLE TO HAVE CONTROL OF YOUR MONEY...not only when they chose to let you ...

I had an account for a while, didn’t really transfer a lot or trade but because Celsius is just a wallet, I transferred my large balances here. Worst crypto decision ever. First I noticed how insanely huge the spreads are but that was ok since I would transfer out for trades which I tried with USDC. Took 48 hours! They claim it’s a manual process which is unusual to say the least. Then I heard about others problems as well and started transferring out more. My ETH transfer is in Day 7. Support is totally non responsive. They are suddenly claiming they have withdrawal and deposit issues (they take the deposit but don’t credit it to your account necessary) due to growth and technical limitations. From one week? I finally dumped all my BTC into USD and started withdrawing that way. Who knows how long that will take but at least it’s FDIC insured. I am in the legal process regarding all this and I’m sure others are to. Check out their Twitter feed. The CEO only resolves tickets for the chosen ones and even then some don’t get resolved. He was incredibly rude to me where everything critical is about haters hate. He is a man child and has no business being CEO. Stay away. This needs to be shut down.

THIS PLACE HAS TERRIBLE TECH/CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I signed on with this app when the Dallas Mavs partnered with them in hopes to get the $100 BTC bonus. I figured the Mavs would only parter with top notch companies but boy was I wrong. I opened an account, linked my bank, deposited and purchased the $100 required to receive the promotional BTC. 3.5 days later, I received a message that my bank account link had been denied by this app. It turns out it was because it was a joint account. After uploading some new documentation, the bank account was successfully reapproved by this app. However, my deposit has not been reinstated. It was hard to figure out how to contact support to get this resolved. Voyager didn’t give me the contact info. I ended up having to reply to an email they sent me. I have asked them some questions about that initial deposit several times and they never really answer my questions but instead give ambiguous responses. Plus it takes a day or two to get a response. Needless to say I have not received my promotional $100 in BTC. I am disappointed because Voyager looked to have potential but I cannot take a chance with my money using a company that has HORRIFIC technical/customer support.

Hello this is an honest review from someone that was loving this app at first. You were probably enticed by the high interest rates (those are annual % APR btw so not what you’re getting every month, divide that by 12 to figure out how much you get monthly per coin) First off they are a broker and not an exchange so you are paying anywhere from .03 -.10 MORE per coin than you would on other exchanges and on some of these smaller cap coins that’s a TON. Then when you do want to transfer, it’s more expensive than any other exchange. Now that brings me to the transfer itself. You’ve probably seen reviews about how bad their customer service is and I’m telling you this is 100% accurate. I’ve had pending withdrawals/transfers for over 10 days and in the volatile world of Crypto this is the difference between making money and losing it. They claim 24 hours or less but I’m telling you right now that’s a downright lie and they know it. They had a great User Interface which is what draws people but as far as delivering on what it’s actually supposed to, it can’t get much worse. Really hoping this review saves the headache and lost opportunity it did for me for someone else.

I’ve been using this app for the last 6 months or so and have been a huge fan up until my latest attempt to withdraw my funds. I wanted to take out my DOT and of course they don’t offer DOT withdrawals. So in order to access my funds I needed to sell DOT(taxable event) buy ETH and transfer out ETH to my wallet. It’s unfortunate to have to pay taxes now, but the worst part is it took nearly 3 days for my transfer to go through, which in the mean time I did multiple transfers between other exchanges that finished within 30 minutes each. The price of dot and Eth swapped dramatically in that time and I ended up with 20% less dot tokens because of this. I really appreciate the this app team and the service they have provided me, but until these issues are addressed I feel I need to take my funds elsewhere where I can trust I have access to them when I need them. Hope to come back in the near future when these features are updated and up to par with their competition.

This application is great except for a few things. #1 is not having a stop loss. This needs to be put in with the next update. It would be great to have this in the same section as limit order where someone could “check off” each. I’m sure this would be a feature many would use.
#2 and my biggest complaint is the 1% difference in actual price, bid price, and ask price. When watching the actual market I have seen the price reach my limit order. Unfortunately this app’s buy and sell are around 1% different from this. It doesn’t seem like much but when your just trying to make small % gains such as 5% profit gains, if the crypto only goes up 5.25% gain then your limit order will not go through. This also needs to change. If a limit order is placed at 5% then when the market reaches 5% it needs to sell. It will not sell until the limit order hits the bid price which is 1% above that set price. When I know a crypto will go up 5% and it doesn’t sell because of your bid orders for the program I take the chance of losing money past that time frame. I literally watched it go past my 5% limit order yesterday and Voyager did not sell my crypto for that profit. Now I am sitting on a negative 1.5%, waiting for it to come back up. It should have sold! If the ask is at a price, then other people are buying at that price. With someone having a limit, then it needs to sell.
Biggest complaint!

this app is a quality app overall and I’m really glad that I started using it. There are 2 major flaws to be aware of though. The first is that it takes a long time to make deposits. A LOOOONG TIME. If you need money for anything in 3 weeks, don’t make a deposit into your this app account because you won’t be able to get it back out in time. It’s fine for people like me that buy things for at least a year. The second thing is extremely annoying. this app does not update the average cost of your holdings quickly at all. It seems to take over a day to update so all of the other numbers like the profit and loss columns are also very slow to update. This is really aggravating for the DCAers like me. Other than that, this app is really great. The premiums they charge for purchases are on the higher end as far as fees go but not terrible and when Voyager doesn’t get overloaded when people are panic selling, there are lots of different crypto options to choose from. Thank you this app for being better than Robinhood.

I honestly love Voyager . Earning up to 8.5% interest on USDC is absolutely insane and I love it. Now the past few days Voyager has struggled, but when they are literally getting 100’s of new accounts every second and over 40 BILLION dollars worth of doge coin transactions, obviously Voyager will struggle as they were not prepared for that. Especially when most of the volume happened in spikes of people buying at certain points and selling. Even Coinbase was down and you can’t even buy or sell doge on Coinbase. Now the only problem I have with Voyager is their spread on buy and sell orders. For example their this app coin has a constant radical spread. As I’m writing this the spread between buy orders and sell orders is 5.5% which is insane to day trade on. Most exchanges fees are usually .1%. However I love how they aren’t an exchange. It allows them to be able to add many coins and tokens in the future as they aren’t actually buying or selling them to you but more so exchange them for you. This opens a possibility for Voyager to be the main source to get alt coins. If this app lowers their spreads to a hard cap % (unless the spread on all the exchanges they deal on is higher than their cap) then they will BLOWOUT Coinbase.

Easy to use app with nice features that help you track your gains but also gives you the autonomy to send a wide variety of crypto currencies, unlike PayPal or the Cash App where your digital assets are stuck on there system. Coinbase is good but has enormous fees that really eat into your profits. this app also gives you interest for holding your crypto. I recommend Voyager to anybody looking to start in crypto as well as those who have more experience trading. Don’t start on PayPal or Cash App where your crypto is stuck on their system - making decentralized crypto currency’s totally centralized. If you make huge gains on those platforms you don’t have the option to send your crypto to a different exchange, a friend, or a hardware wallet for safekeeping. You have to totally liquidate and then buy back in after all your funds have cleared thru your bank to then buy again on a real exchange like this app.

Commission free, great liquidity, easy to use, & they pay interest on more than 20 of their 57 tokens. You heard right... You can earn 9.5% on USDC, 6.5% on BTC & 5.5% on ETH. Outside of having just a gorgeous platform, their native token has grown more than 11,000% this year. They will be paying 7% interest in the next 2 months, and you’ll be able to buy stocks with crypto and crypto with stocks. In other words Robin Hood better watch its back. This management team is hungry, super experienced, going international, and they bend over backwards to make you happy. If you’re thinking about buying crypto, there’s no need to go anywhere else. this app is simply light years ahead of their competitors.. Happy trading!

So after reading some of the reviews the other day it kind of freaked me out because of some issues some are having. I went ahead and sold some of my CKB and made a transfer to my bank account for the cash. Within 5 days I received my cash back to my bank account.
I believe most of these bad reviews are from people that just started to use Voyager and are being impatient from the huge increase of new users this month and wanting to trade money in and out of Voyager extremely quick.
I started to use Voyager about 3 months ago after wanting to get into some of the alt coins that coinbase and binance do not offer. It has been great. Love the news articles, the ease of buying and the layout is very user friendly. Read about the company and even buy some stock (they are a publicly traded company). I went ahead and bought some stock earlier this week to support this app.

Don’t read to much into some of these bad reviews as some are being extremely impatient while there are so many trying to get into this app recently.

If you are a trader, Voyager is not your friend at all. Limit orders don’t get filled until price has gone waaay pass your limit order. You will NEVER buy or sell at real market price with Voyager. They say buying/selling crypto here is free but it’s more expensive than exchanges that will allow your limit orders get filled when the market price reaches your limit price. As a trader, you will miss a lot of opportunities with market price action on Voyager. You deposit more than $500 and buy bitcoin, you cannot withdraw that bitcoin until after.....forever, even though the money is deducted from your bank account within 1 or 2 days...that’s shady.

I was excited to sign up for your app and to revive some bitcoin but so disappointed that it won’t let you go past the date of birth what it says I’m not 18 and if I wanted you guys to contact me when I am. Seriously I am 34 years old born in 1985. And it was not only my birthdate year I put in others from 1960 to 1970 and of course I got super disappointed and now it wasted my time so now I’m going to delete it and Idk i might try again but there are other options for apps and that’s where I’m going now to find one just a FYI keep up with your apps I’ve notice a lot lately iOS apps in the store never get updated I mean there are quite a few of them that apple should remove

I will change this once it gets fixed. I have about $800 in Voyager and one of my $20 deposits got rejected for some reason, so once I talked to the company they told me to resubmit the deposit since my USD was negative and I couldn’t buy any currencies. When I tried to purchase after my balance was positive, it said I was restricted from making purchases. Same with selling. After contacting the company a few times, they finally replied by only saying “we deactivated your account due to unnatural behavior, best regards.” Are you joking?? You deactivated my account for YOUR mistake, and then willingly ignored my emails? Fix my problem so I can get my money and get out of Voyager. I would rather you guys not steal my money. Also I never received my free $25 of bitcoin. Please respond

I was hoping Voyager would be a better alternative to Coinbase, or other mobile wallets I’ve used. So far I can not say that’s true. There are constant login screen crashes and they don’t stop once you login either. I was looking to make a BTC transfer from this app to another wallet, there is a astronomical (roughly) $4 fee to make that transfer, I also can’t find anything about the fee schedule. I sent a ticket into support roughly 2 weeks ago and never heard back (regarding fees). Also Initiated a transfer to my Coinbase wallet at just before 6 pm and as of 8:45 the next morning it still hasn’t gone through. There is a pop up in Voyager that says it may take up to 24 hours for a transfer to complete, but what I want from a crypto wallet app is something that processes transfers very quickly and this isn’t that.

Coinbase becomes more and more unusable on a daily basis with all their overreaching “protections” so in search of an alternative I read this app was a good option. However, I do not believe this is accurate. Well if you don’t mind waiting a week for transfers to complete you may find it acceptable. But that doesn’t work for me. I don’t like leaving funds hanging out there in minimally safe exchanges. I want a provider that can withdraw funds and make them available for transfer within hours but not days or weeks. I suspected this would be the case so I only deposited $100 but it’s 6 days later and still hasn’t cleared to transfer to my crypto wallet. Totally unacceptable. Update: customer support has clarified that transfers normally take 5+ business days. Despite what they claim here that transfers are instant but in some times can take 24 hours: Apparently that is just a big fat lie.

I would say this is the worst exchange app I’ve used but that would be unfair to this app because I’ve used EToro which has no redeeming qualities. Voyager is extremely slow on processing bank transfers, crypto is too volatile to be waiting 5-10 days before you can withdrawal bitcoin. I will personally stick to the Cash app which instantly takes money from your bank account and lets you withdrawal within seconds of buying no no withdrawal fee. I originally wanted to give this app one star but I do have to give credit to their customer support team, it is excellent so I’ll wait a few months and try them again to see if the can resolved some of their issues and then I’ll consider changing my rating.

Read the terms carefully before using. Setup with bank account was fast and easy and funds transferred in are available to trade immediately, but be aware that purchased crypto is not available for withdrawal until deposited funds clear - 5 to 10 days (7 calendar days in my trial). While they claim to get you the best price I did not see a way to place a limit order so your buys and sells are at the mercy of the market.

Withdrawing crypto to a wallet uses a familiar interface, but only BTC and ETH are currently supported and requests are subject to a 24 hour review period. Fee for a small BTC withdrawal was 6.28%! Cash withdrawal to your linked bank account is also subject to delay.

Finally, Voyager uses only password authentication so use at your own risk. Some interesting crypto’s are supported that aren’t easily accessible to US residents through the usual outlets, but you’ll have to weigh the convenience of purchasing through Voyager against the security and withdrawal limitations.

Trades are commission-free but not really.
The bid/ask spread is huge (almost $100 for btc). Limit orders will not execute at bid/ask prices, they instead execute at some arbitrary amount above bid or below ask. This alone makes me not want to use Voyager because trades are unreliable. You can have a limit buy order execute and an identical limit sell would not execute until the price moves up $100. This bid/ask spread is borderline theft. I would rather have clearly defined fees with accurate bid/ask prices.
Also can’t deposit or withdraw crypto.

This is overall a great app. I like Voyager over the other ones that either charge to many fees or has so many crypto stocks to choose from that it makes my head spin. I do however wish it was laid out a bit different. Like having the ability to change colour schemes and also seeing what stocks you’ve bought vs not in the home screen. It would also be nice to see how many I own and gains and losses right on the home screen list. Overall it’s a great app to buy and sell crypto. Thanks for the great app! Please add DOGEcoin, Bitcoin Gold and digibyte next!!

Voyager is great for crypto trading and looking at news stories, etc but the deposit time to purchase crypto is very long. It take a full 10 days before you can actually withdrawal anything from your wallet. So if you purchase crypto don’t expect to be able to transfer it for a couple weeks to buy anything but you can trade right away. Great for trading but not purchasing and transferring. Please improve that time delay and y’all will be a top notch crypto trading app!

Out of the numerous crypto apps this app’s ease of use and very pretty GUI tops the list. They do a decent job condensing the crypto headlines without creating a mess of information like other apps and the articles are relevant. I understand some features are still being rolled out or in beta so I won’t hold that against them. Crypto to crypto exchange and lowering hold times for cashing out would be great additions otherwise it’s a top resource for a comprehensive crypto market watch.

With the United States tightening reigns on crypto and clamping down on exchange regulations this app is right on time. this app is a crypto exchange like no other and allows us to hold our coins right on Voyager . this app allows you to deposit and withdraw Bitcoin and is hassle free. They follow the Be Your Own Bank philosophy so it’s safe. Don’t listen to the Negative Nancys or you just might miss something great. If you’re not in, get in here!

Everything about this app is “smoooth”.. from depositing money to buying crypto assets. The UI couldn’t be any easier to use.. even a newbie will be able to buy and sell with ease. Not to mention you’re able to earn 3% BTC or 5% on their native VGX coin just for holding them on the exchange! Why not make money on your money while waiting for your next buying opportunity?! Great app!

As a newbie to both investing and crypto I had previously been intimidated to dive in but this app’s app is clear and easy to use. Do not put money on your voyager account!!!! They are fraudulent. I withdrew 5000$ worth BTC to my external wallet and there are no traces for 16 days now. Bunch of scams!!!!!

So, I've been trading crypto since btc was $10. Thus, have accounts at every namely exchange I'm qualified for. Never in all these years have I seen such shady business tactics, absolute GARBAGE customer service, and an undisclosed, irreversible means of freezing your assets in their coffers. I deposited $1400, waited way past the req 5 days, about 3 weeks to log back in and convert funds to coins and transfer them out... That was on March 28th, its now April 23... all are perpetually in 'pending' status. 8 support tickets later... Nothing but a cut n paste auto reply they keep sending me. No idea when or if I'll ever get my money back. DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE

On April 1 /. 2021 ,I made a $ 5,000 dollars Deposit from my bank account info my Voyager account,on April 24 the $ 5,000 dollars cleared from my bank and on April 16 Voyager deposited in my account $ 1,600 dollars, it has been more than 3 weeks and still not sign of the remaining $ 3,400 dollars that Voyager has to post as my available balance in my account , I has sent 3 emails to customer support to no avail, nobody’s answering my request for supper,any legal advice . Thank you

This is the biggest bunch of crooks I’ve ever come across in the crypto currency world. I can’t believe I trusted these guys. Terrible terrible terrible app. Do yourself a favor and go out and give your money away. It will save you time because that is exactly what you’re doing by using Voyager. Total scam. On top of that they’ve set up the worst customer service system ever. You will never get to speak to anyone.

Deposited from bank March 25 2021 .Money has cleared bank and cleared voyager. But money not in my wallet. Emailed them 3 times no response. I believe they stole my money very fustrating.

Stay da phuk away. Voyager is trash slow and make you wait even weeks to give your assets back. Why? Because they are not an exchange they are brokers so they haven’t go looking for your assets to whoever they lend to to return. Risky AF

I started out using this app and thought it was a good app. I then noticed that they had limited wallets for various coins. Then I tried to move 11K of my USDT to find out that it is not an instant or fast withdrawal process. I sold crypto to convert to USDT to move to another exchange swiftly. It's been over 24 hours, no response, no update, nothing. Now I am reading that this can take weeks. How can they call themselves a crypto app taking weeks to transfer your funds? After being in business since December of 2018, they don't seem to have made any improvements on customer service or improving transfer times. The chinky automated customer service responses don't help. I wish I had just withdrawn my money back to my bank account. I am so angry right now. I am going to make it my mission to warn others not to use this app. They hook you with the 25BTC referral bonus. I have to go back to the 8 people I referred and tell them to be cautious and not put too much money in this app. Voyager, I hope you read this and do better, but right now, you're horrible!
