App doesn’t work

I have tried to get this app but it just freezes once opened and does not move from beginning screen. I have deleted the app and reinstalled.. I have restarted my 15 Pro Max iPhone and tried to open app — nada. I have deleted the app and restarted my phone and then reinstalled it—still nada. If this is some wired glitch I hope it gets fixed soon. This app would be a game changer for me. So.. if the app gets fixed I would love to see if it will work for me.

I saw this all over facebook and ticktock and decided to give it a try ends of September.
Not only did they steal my money but my landlord never received the rent.. i asked them for a full refund and they declined it until i had to go to the bank and file a dispute .
I dont think they were ever gonna pay my rent .
What is the point ??

Why I need an app to transfer MY money to another bank account ?
People need a credit card to pay rent or an app that can charge a credit card and send a check to landlord.
