I have two ongoing books that I can see have new chapters but it say "This is the last chapter" for FALL FOR MY EX-MAFIA'S DAD and THE CURSE ALPHA AND HIS FORCED LUNA. Please help me fix this.

How to fix Novellair app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Novellair app on iPhone
Update Novellair app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Novellair iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Novellair on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Novellair network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Novellair Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Novellair not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Novellair App
1. On android, goto Settings » Novellair » click [Force Stop]

Update Novellair to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Novellair App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Novellair » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Novellair.

Fix Novellair unable to contact server/ Novellair internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Novellair » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Novellair » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Novellair
