i unsubscribed from this monthes ago and it just charged my account of 69.99. i need a refund this is ridiculous

It will not load the videos and I keep trying but they wont load up I'm using an android phone

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Yarn app issues:

Force Stop the Yarn App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Yarn app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Yarn to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yarn App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Yarn app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Yarn.

Fix Yarn unable to contact server/ Yarn internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Yarn » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Yarn » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
