i unsubscribed from this monthes ago and it just charged my account of 69.99. i need a refund this is ridiculous

It will not load the videos and I keep trying but they wont load up I'm using an android phone

To resolve Yarn network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Yarn App
1. On android, goto Settings » Yarn » click [Force Stop]

Clear Yarn App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Yarn » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Yarn.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Yarn » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Yarn » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yarn
