Hello, I am emailing because recently I paid at least $200 dollars in coins for the story The Alpha’s Contracted Luna. I loved the story and read the ENTIRE thing. After finishing it, I came back 2 days later to read it again because I loved it so much, and I do not have access to the book. My chapters are locked. I paid so much money in coins. I purchased the book in its entirety. All the chapters should be open and available to me. I am contacting to try and get this fixed. Can someone give me some assistance and open my chapters please. I have not received the 980 daily vouchers offered in the subscription. I just subscribed 2 days ago and nothing. I’m all for supporting these writers with as expensive these books are and really don’t want to leave a horrible review but this is the second time I’ve attempted a subscription and have been unsatisfied. Please fix the problem or offer some guidance as to how to go about getting our vouchers. Thank you kindly!
I loaded the app and bought a monthly subscription and started reading. After a while chapters kept getting blocked due to "insufficient funds" A 2nd subscription got charged on my account and after a while the same happened. Tried the email address above but didn't get a response yet.

Misleading, unclear content pricing, errors

Paid for a subscription that will not even cover the cost of one story. I was under the impression that once I paid to unlock the story I would at least be able to finish it. Wrong, at this rate I would end up paying anywhere from $40-$70 dollars to read one story. Furthermore, the writing should be proofread before it’s published as at times the errors were so egregious that it made the story difficult to read. Save your money, and support your local library where you will at least be able to read an entire book, for free. I won’t be waisting any more of my hard earned money on this scam. Poorly done Novellair.

This app is terrible I remember when I was 14 I was able to read stories like the ones on here for free and people would even link pictures to show what people looked like to give visuals etc. Now I’m paying like 50-70 bucks to read books with thousand of spelling errors, double pages, lengthily etc. Its really a one of a kind scam. Other apps like this make you watch video adds etc to get coins to be able to read. All these app though are scams and money grabbers.

Came from a fb for a story I was really interested in, but it doesn’t appear there’s a way to “earn” free coins, only to purchase them. And the book I was reading is already 70 chapters and still ongoing with anywhere between 40-80 coins per chapter, but most cost about 60-70 coins. Chapters 5-20 were 980 coins, which was I think about $10 when I did the math, I’m not paying that much to read an UNFINISHED book. I’ll just stick to my Kindle Unlimited subscription…
