Dreame Status

I'm not able to check in, this will end my streak! I also can't see rewards. I can see coupons but no rewards stuff. This has happened before but this time it's been out for a long time and not fair to those of us who are diligent in checking in each day!

I am trying to get my account from my phone to my tablet. I signed up with Facebook, got hacked, deleted Facebook. Had to reload dreame on my tablet and now all my stuff is gone. I have lots of coins and books purchased. How do I get them back. When I log in with Google it is not the same, nor can I log in with my email.

App opens shows a book to read then counts down, then closes the app, doing it since last night

HELP!! When I first got my Dreame app it logged in through Facebook. My Facebook was hacked and I am no longer able to use it. I have bought many books and coins and such and everything is gone. I tried to log in using my Facebook email and password that I originally used but it says my email is not registered. Please tell me there is a way to restore all my stuff????

I am unable to open my app. I keep receiving network connection error but I a connected to the network. I have tried resetting my network and shutting everything down, but I a still reviving the error.

My app is saying there is a problem with network connection but my internet is fine on every other app. Thanks

I can't load dreame. Everytime I try I get a message there is a problem

Hello, I am changing phones. I have to get rid of my old one, and now getting a new number. The old phone was a iPhone, and the new one is a Google phone. I downloaded the Dreame app on the new phone and logged into my account, but all the books I am in the middle of reading are gone! How do I get those back? The ones I've been paying for, and the ones that I've been waiting to release a chapter every couple of days. I don't want to have to start all over.

I was reading my books with a white background and all of a sudden the background turnedblack and won't let me change it back to white. Please let me know how to fix it

I have the app for the past 2 years and today when I went read my books my library is empty!!!! I spent a lot of money buying books. They are not there and anymore. What should I do to restore my library? I have many books that cost a lot of money to me.

Dreame continually crashes while reading a novel. Every 10 minutes the app goes down, minimizes, I restart the app, select the book I was reading, upon opening the book, at times it remembers last page read, other times it bring me back to old chapters. It is a complete pain in the butt. Definitely not my Android devices or setup!!! Uninstalled & reinstalled numerous times, clear cache continually. This us absolutely an issue with the Dreame app that the developers need to fix. This happens on all of my android devices and only with the Dreame app, all other apps work seamlessly.

App doesn’t allow the voice reading anymore. Thoughts? I apparently was reading as a guest and have purchased a bunch of books. Anyway to add them to an account?

Switched phones now I can't find my account how do I get it back

my book pages have switch to reading swiping page to the left. How do I get it to go back to scrolling up
