App does not work at all. Nothing opens when you press the buttons within MyCombined . The website is just as horrible. It won’t let you look at or download your policies. All you see is the ‘welcome’ letter you get when you buy a policy. It won’t let you look at claims. It won’t let you cancel automatic monthly withdrawal from your bank account. You can only add a new payment option. When you try to call, you have to jump through endless hoops to try to get a human. Then you are put on hold, for forever. You select the option to have a representative call you back when they are ‘available’ and guess what? You never get a call back! If I ever get ahold of a rep, I’m canceling EVERYTHING!! Horrible company! Would give zero stars if I could!
I’ve filed the same claim about 20 times and it wouldn’t pop up on my portal. On both the website and MyCombined . MyCombined is worse. They don’t want you to call and handle things and always refer you back to their mediocre app. I’ve called to do what I have to do via the phone and couldn’t get a real response and was getting the run around leading me back to MyCombined . They only got one star because I had to give a rating. I would rather give no stars.
MyCombined is unusable, it doesn’t let you do anything
App never works… Cannot click on anything? Combined is also very slow at processing claims!

When you try to use MyCombined , nothing works. You can’t click on anything or use it to submit a claim.
MyCombined has been horrible. Why doesn’t this company fix the problem??? Can only login and nothing will open.
App doesn’t let you navigate it. They forward you to it to get stressed out and hopefully forget to submit your claims.
This is the Worst so call Company to do business with! NEVER can reach anyone nor they don’t return calls nor claims!!
App is trash it keeps freezing. It makes it difficult to see anything. You still have to end up going onto the website they need to revamp this whole app.
MyCombined is always having glitches
I can no longer touch the bottom of the screen where I have billing, polices, claims options
I called the customer service number and was on hold for 28 mins before someone answered and NO HELP!

MyCombined never works. I’ve tried many times to make a payment by clicking on billing and nothing happens. I try to look at my policy and nothing. There are claims this would make it easier to make payments and submit claims, but it never works!
The only claim you can file is for wellness otherwise your directed to the website. Additionally most times it crashes when trying to create a claim number telling you to restart MyCombined . It’s faster to just use the website, which itself has its own problems.
MyCombined doesn’t work and your website is slower. I’m tired of having to call and wait for some customer service rep. But honestly it’s faster than using either of the other options mentioned before. I would prefer not to talk to people to pay my bill but you guys always force me to. I’d give negative stars but that’s not an option.
