APP DOES NOT WORK

App does not work at all. Nothing opens when you press the buttons within the app. The website is just as horrible. It won’t let you look at or download your policies. All you see is the ‘welcome’ letter you get when you buy a policy. It won’t let you look at claims. It won’t let you cancel automatic monthly withdrawal from your bank account. You can only add a new payment option. When you try to call, you have to jump through endless hoops to try to get a human. Then you are put on hold, for forever. You select the option to have a representative call you back when they are ‘available’ and guess what? You never get a call back! If I ever get ahold of a rep, I’m canceling EVERYTHING!! Horrible company! Would give zero stars if I could!

The worse app ever

I’ve filed the same claim about 20 times and it wouldn’t pop up on my portal. On both the website and the app. The app is worse. They don’t want you to call and handle things and always refer you back to their mediocre app. I’ve called to do what I have to do via the phone and couldn’t get a real response and was getting the run around leading me back to the app. They only got one star because I had to give a rating. I would rather give no stars.

Slow

The app doesn’t work and your website is slower. I’m tired of having to call and wait for some customer service rep. But honestly it’s faster than using either of the other options mentioned before. I would prefer not to talk to people to pay my bill but you guys always force me to. I’d give negative stars but that’s not an option.
