I made use of the dollar card to make a payment online which was declined. After a few days this app debuted me and have refused to issue a reversal, I’ve tried reaching out to them via the in app chat, they don’t reply and there isn’t any other means to contact them.
Figur is nothing but a scam please don’t use it, they block you account when they see you have money inside

Thieving people fund rate is so high compared to withdrawal rate and after deletion of card the remaining balance is not being retuned to user.
I’ve been using the dollar card feature for a while and it recently started bugging out I can’t fund or withdraw from the dollar card
