Doesn’t work well and app copied from another developer/company
Because of a glitch while logging in, get an error alert when the verification message come up and stays in a loop and won’t send the verification code or log me in. It’s quite irritating.
I’ve closed MyWay , Reinstalled MyWay and nothing had worked.
I can’t even get an invite code. The program used to be accessible through an alternate app. That app is no longer supporting the program and is requiring patients to migrate to MyWay - the actual app.
Dupixant only has invite links to the previous program and sent me to the this app app developers, who said only Dupixant can send me the link. What are we supposed to do?!?!
MyWay will no longer allow me to sign in for the passed few days
Started with MyWay then got told to go to different app, now back to this one. However support sent code for old app. Extension doesn’t even work and support is usually anything but helpful
I have eczema and take Dupixent. The previous app Medisafe allowed for the adding of other medications to the reminder schedule, which appears as a calendar. This new app only allows for 5 medications. Far more seriously, and even worse, MyWay handles all medication reminders as pop ups. That means I can't check the calendar for upcoming doses and can't see what I need to bring with me if I'm going on a trip. Absolutely terrible. Why did you degrade functionality?
MyWay will not remember my password and Face ID doesn’t work in MyWay . Kind of frustrating to have to manually put in my password each time
Medisafe announced that this app wasn’t supported anymore and to download the this app app, which I did. MyWay will not allow me to create an account (the credentials for Medisafe did NOT work). The resolution is to call this app Support for an “invite” code. I’ve called twice and left voicemail messages both times with the critical information they asked for. Still no callback.
