Photos don’t load. I’ve tried entering the link directly to Tricefy and nothing. Wish it worked!!
Did the recent update and I can’t see any of my images or videos. Heartbreaking as it’s the only thing I have as a memory of my pregnancy!!
I followed the instructions but still doesn’t work. Tried everything
Only allows you to see photos one at a time versus picking the whole file .
When you down load Tricefy on a new phone you would think that there would be a way to move the pictures from one phone to another but you can’t. Also no health provider has the link left after 90 days like come on you stupid app creators.
I’m trying to get to my pictures and I can not!!! I downloaded Tricefy and opened it and it is stuck on the introduction screen!!! This is ridiculous! I have deleted Tricefy and reinstalled it and that did not work! I even restarted my phone and that did not work!!! Now I’m not able to look at my ultrasound pics. Thank you for that!
Everytime I open Tricefy , it just keeps sliding through them like it’s on a slideshow or something. It won’t allow me to stop, save, or anything. I’m very disappointed because I have a ton of ultrasound pictures and videos on here. I’ve uninstalled and redownloaded several times, which didn’t help at all. I truly hope this gets resolved soon.
I’ve never had a problem with Tricefy, but every time I try to get on it, it immediately crashes.
I just put the new update & it literally deleted my ultrasound pictures, this is just horrible
Would have been nice if it worked but it won’t let me past the how to screen even after following others comments of going back and re-opening the original link. I just saved them to my phone. Too bad this didn’t work.
If your phone were to mess up. Good lose all photos because there's no login option. You would figure there would be a login option being ultrasound photos. I truly hate the hospital I went to. I'd prefer printed photos..
I have tons of pictures on my this app...thought they would always be safe, but unfortunately I was wrong. There’s only one batch out of about 5 that appear as pictures on Tricefy while the others look like there’s an image there but there’s no actual image...I am so sad I have lost all these pictures of my baby.
Tricefy did work for me BUT after my phone updated it deleted all but the latest ultrasound pic. I suggest saving all the pics because you can’t rely on Tricefy for too long. Save, print, and frame 😊
Was not able to get on to see the ultrasound pics when I downloaded Tricefy it wouldn’t let me get pass the step by step screen.
I also had difficulty but then I downloaded app, closed it and opened the email and on the top it shows Tricefy and you click on the top right “Open” and all the pics downloaded automatically
Where has Tricefy been all my life?! It’s so easy to use and well designed. Being able to permanently save the images on my phone is so great, and I can share any of them with friends and family! Everyone who has received their images from this app should get Tricefy!

I love Tricefy, to all the reviewers to get past the how to screen you must exit out and go clink the tricfy link the dr have given you via email or text then you are all set to go!!!
You can actually save the image directly to your phone , also get as many pictures as you want. I love Tricefy , been loving it for almost all 3 of my pregnancies.
Like another user stated, app won’t get off initial how-to screen. Tried to go to original online site and delete it and it’s cookie then tried again. Didn’t work. Was hoping to share with my husband and sisters...I guess I’ll just have to email them from online.👎🏽
I downloaded Tricefy hoping to see my ultrasound pictures. When I opened Tricefy I can’t even get past the How Tricefy works. Very disappointing!

Found you from Instagram and then looked for a practice with your service. It was a half an hour farther than my previous OB but this is so much better than printing images. App is basic and free, what more can you ask for. Awesome, thanks.
You have to click on the link that was texted or emailed. That’s how you get passed the how to page. I’ve never been able to share videos and with Tricefy I finally can!
Was confused at how to get past the How To Screen. After downloading Tricefy I re-clicked the link I got from my doctors and it worked perfectly!!
