I can’t tell what orders are pending. Also they basically have a monopoly on testing so the market isn’t deciding which company should be being used. I very very very passionately hate this company. I’ve also seen them being incredibly rude to people in person. They ask for physical sheets of paper for orders but make people check in digitally and get results digitally but to drop stuff off they won’t have you in the system. I had to drive an extra hour because apparently I needed this sheet of paper and they couldn’t look me up. I am more than infuriated with them. If anyone can create a service to compete with these awful humans, please do.

Not sure if it’s just on my old iPhone SE with a small screen, but when I tap on the menu and then my name, the options that appear below it, are mostly not visible since they’re below my screen view, and there is no way to scroll down, because when you try to scroll, only the underlying page scrolls and not the overlaying menu itself. Otherwise seems like a fine app!

The latest update for LabcorpPatient made it barely useable. FaceID is no longer a thing it seems like. Other times LabcorpPatient asks you if you want to resume your session only to then show the sign up page for a new account if you say yes.
I can’t even imagine what a security gamble such a broken up is, esp. when we are talking about personal health information.
They really need to improve their QA process, because this is just embarrassing.

Since the update can’t get my results in a timely manner and have had to request them multiple times!! Ugh!!!!

Can’t change or create a new strong password. Doesn’t support Apples Strong password generator and doesn’t allow you to use the paste feature to paste in a new password from your clipboard (e.g. copied from a random password generator).

This is a medical app with confidential data. You would think they would promote the ability to easily use strong passwords (which aren’t easily remembered).

Lot of improvements in this new release. registered and viewed my results with in minutes. It is smooth experience throughout LabcorpPatient .

I’m not able to create a new patient account, keeps giving me an error while creating a password saying it’s missing a character but, also LabcorpPatient confirms me in green letters that my passwords match. I tried several different times but no luck. I work in tech, whoever is in charge of LabcorpPatient is costing you a fortune. Investors , try LabcorpPatient yourself before investing into this company.

I’ve been waiting for results for a Covid pcr test. Had the test done February 16th. It’s supposed to take 3 days. I called the Emurgent care on the 17 and they gave me the results. Today is the 24th and the results still aren’t posted on the this app app. Terrible application. People are waiting for results and they don’t get posted. What if someone doesn’t have the good sense to call the doctors office? Definitely a 👎🏾

I have a Labcorp web account but cannot login with LabcorpPatient.

Most apps will offer to use the stored iOS password but not only does this one not suggest, it will npt accept the stored userID and password and will not allow a complex password to be pasted in the field.

I would choose a lower rating if one were offered.

My results were posted this morning but I’ve been unable to view them due to a “Scheduled Maintenance”. It says it was today from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm….it’s 4:20 pm and the message is still there. I needed a copy of my results for a flight in the morning. Crazy!! Hoping I can print this evening…

I can sign in on the website just fine but when I clearly have email and password filled in and tap sign in, it gives a warning saying “enter your email and password” and under the inserted password I provided it says “password required.” I just don’t understand.

What the heck happened? I went to sign-in today and there is nowhere to sign-in on the main page. Only has “Create Account” cannot find sign in or fingerprint authentication that was previously available.
Recent update really messed things up!

LabcorpPatient does not update my Lab testing results EVER! And I live a couple cities away from testing site (accelerated urgent care in Temecula off Winchester), so to see my results I now have to go in person! With these gas prices, it’s a joke! Don’t even know why they invented this if they aren’t gonna utilize it!!

LabcorpPatient won’t accept the name of my town (Manchester) when trying to create an account. The error says the word must begin and end with alpha characters. Well, no kidding. And how exactly does Manchester not fulfill that requirement? I’ve tried several times to no avail.

Login / authentication from the web works perfectly, but authentication hangs on the current version of the mobile app. I’ll give you a high rating once you fix this glitch on mobile. Thanks!

I put in my credentials and it will say “Authenticating” while the circle just spins and it never loads patient information. I’ve been trying to get into LabcorpPatient to see my results all day. LabcorpPatient is no where near as good as Quest.

LabcorpPatient is basically a sign on screen. Once you sign in it takes to to the exact same page as the web version. Who thought this was a good idea?

this app is a joke. Even their techs hate their system. Face/Touch ID never has worked. Their systems take FOREVER to show any labs or even a “Pending” status. So glad my provider is switching to Quest. Only good thing about LabCorp is their friendly Techs.

It’s faster and more reliable for me to log into the Patient Portal using a web browser than it is to waste time trying to log in to this frustrating app. It constantly gives me an error on the saved password, in spite of the fact that it is correct, and then I have to type it in. It will not retain Touch ID, no matter how many times I reset it and often, it’s very slow to respond. This has been very annoying when I’m at a doctor’s office trying to retrieve a lab report to answer a question. Please fix the issues — this could become a GREAT app.

I’ve tried to use LabcorpPatient multiple times. It would not let me create an account. When I created an account online, LabcorpPatient would not let me log in. Utterly useless.

All of the results integrations are fantastic, but the appointment scheduling is very disappointing, as LabcorpPatient launches a browser for this. Would like to see this available in the actual app and with a little better designed search process than the browser version. Should have the option to pick a date, time range and max distance and see options at nearby locations. Searching by distance and then having to check availability each spot one by one is REALLY cumbersome.

It is great to see my test results. The UX is confusing and I get lost in LabcorpPatient . The fingerprint sign in doesn’t work. I will still use it but I hope they make improvements.

I tried for at least five times to register and each time for different reasons they did not allow access to my account. I contacted them by email (going again through their quite inquisitive interrogatory) and the answer I received after one day was evasive, even arrogant I may say (“please provide us with your first and last name”). I do not know how successful are others dealing with them online, but to me their “site” is just a tool for collecting private information !!!

And a tech support staff that is excellent. I really love the ease of making appointments and getting my results so quickly. I see many different doctors and it’s nice to pull up my lab results whenever they ask to see them.

So appreciative to have access to my results so I can show them to my different doctors to help manage my overall health! Thank you!!!

Baffling the developer(s?) Couldn’t get an email correct. I have no problem login in on the website but cannot on LabcorpPatient and also cannot within the Health app because my email address has a sub domain . No way to change my email on the website, only password can be changed, how stupid is that?!?

I would have given app 5 stars if I could see my daughters lab results. She is added as a dependent and I can click on lab results but nothing shows up.

I found LabcorpPatient easy to use and a quick way to get my results.

App helped me quickly schedule appointment and pay my bill.

Are you kidding me with this interface? How are you going to have a NON mobile responsive payment gateway inside an app????? Does this make any sense to ANY developer or user out there? I would LOVE to use my FSA card to pay my copay but your invoice payment interface is garbage.

Terrible when you try to pay an invoice on an iPhone. Not formatted to screen size and no auto fill for credit card.

Every time I try to register. I write my name in the “name line “ and it says you need to start with a alpha character. Ummmm every name starts with an alpha character. I tried to write so many random symbols and anything just to see if it would accept it , and it wouldn’t. Needs an update.
