    Great for Results, Not So Much for Making Appts

    All of the results integrations are fantastic, but the appointment scheduling is very disappointing, as the app launches a browser for this. Would like to see this available in the actual app and with a little better designed search process than the browser version. Should have the option to pick a date, time range and max distance and see options at nearby locations. Searching by distance and then having to check availability each spot one by one is REALLY cumbersome.

    Needs work but helpful

    It is great to see my test results. The UX is confusing and I get lost in the app. The fingerprint sign in doesn’t work. I will still use it but I hope they make improvements.

    Worthless app

    I tried for at least five times to register and each time for different reasons they did not allow access to my account. I contacted them by email (going again through their quite inquisitive interrogatory) and the answer I received after one day was evasive, even arrogant I may say (“please provide us with your first and last name”). I do not know how successful are others dealing with them online, but to me their “site” is just a tool for collecting private information !!!

    A really terrific app

    And a tech support staff that is excellent. I really love the ease of making appointments and getting my results so quickly. I see many different doctors and it’s nice to pull up my lab results whenever they ask to see them.

    Can’t login because my email has a sub domain

    Baffling the developer(s?) Couldn’t get an email correct. I have no problem login in on the website but cannot on the app and also cannot within the Health app because my email address has a sub domain . No way to change my email on the website, only password can be changed, how stupid is that?!?

    Can’t see daughter’s lab results

    I would have given app 5 stars if I could see my daughters lab results. She is added as a dependent and I can click on lab results but nothing shows up.

    Paying Invoices Is A Joke

    Are you kidding me with this interface? How are you going to have a NON mobile responsive payment gateway inside an app????? Does this make any sense to ANY developer or user out there? I would LOVE to use my FSA card to pay my copay but your invoice payment interface is garbage.

    Nice for viewing labs, but...

    Terrible when you try to pay an invoice on an iPhone. Not formatted to screen size and no auto fill for credit card.

    Something is wrong with registration

    Every time I try to register. I write my name in the “name line “ and it says you need to start with a alpha character. Ummmm every name starts with an alpha character. I tried to write so many random symbols and anything just to see if it would accept it , and it wouldn’t. Needs an update.
