I used to be a firm supporter of this app & it has progressively been on a decline and has gotten worse. From not only removing autocheckout ability, now drops aren’t even up to date. YouTube page hasn’t been touched in over a year. Just sucking money from the people. There are by far better cook groups you could join for even free and get the same if not better drop information easier. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM SwiftSole AND SO CALLED COMPANY scamming their customers.

The customer service is a joke. I haven’t had the AP refresh in over a month. Owen, from their customer service team, will talk almost a week to get back to you and only recommend you delete and redownload or download the shop app to fix your problems. I am extremely unhappy with their service. I do not recommend spending the money for their pro service as it truly does nothing for you.

This is a great app at telling you restocks and launch dates. But when it stops working like it did to me a few days ago with the paid subscription good luck getting support. I’ve been waiting since 9/30/23 just to get something other than an automated email acknowledging receipt of my support request.

It’s always good using this app! I have been with them from day 1 and they have never let me down. With this new addition it’s going to be a brand new journey getting back into collecting. SwiftSole is smooth and easy to navigate. This is something every sneaker head should have on their phone. Love what you guys have done and can’t wait to see what else you have in store.

Hands down if I had SwiftSole 10 years ago, I’d be invincible!

SwiftSole has all the information anyone would need to get into the world of sneakers/collectibles. It has helped me make money and grab personals for my collection.

I normally don’t review apps but this app does a great job of keeping me up to date with a surprise sneaker drops. Helped me cop 2 pairs last week! Made my money back on Pro within a week.

This is such a easy app to use, im in school most of the time so keeping track of releases are very hectic and last min, but SwiftSole helped me so much with restocks for shoes I missed, and upcoming releases so I have the best chance of copping my dream shoes for retail 🔥

SwiftSole has helped me not miss a drop. I like to resell the sneakers, so I don’t care about the subscription because it only makes me more money. I can’t wait to see what else the developers will add to the service.
