Do not download! This new indie company is sketch as heck. As soon as you download, you're required to type in and verify your phone number and email and asks you to immediately hook up your card information before even seeing or knowing what the application is all about upon actual direct use. There's nothing special about this 3rd party middle man and companies as well need to steer away and stop with this nonsense of exclusive and limited drops. It's been old years ago and you're going to lose more customers if you keep this up. Buyers, stay far away, and business owners, don't even think about it. Please use traditional online website selling (preferably not Shopify either) and continue your profit the old fashion way. This barrier is a money pit and destroys trust and sales from those interested. I do not recommend this at all, and shame to the people involved even creating this. All the 5 star reviews are bots or paid actors. If you check through the real reviews almost all are 1-2 stars due to cart bugs and other scams. NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping needs to be shut down and the owners need to be sued along with mandatory customer refunds for pure theft. Disgusting what people do for profit these days.

Think of NTWRK like a StockX or a eBay where your order just isn’t guaranteed and you’ll be much happier. You just have to be on top of order tracking and hound customer service. I’ve had multiple instances of missing orders that one day will show up as cancelled but not refunded, that I contact support and they say “that got cancelled, but we will place a new order” or items taking 8 weeks to ship instead of the expected 2. I’ve never gotten a response from emailing their customer service without having to follow up multiple times myself (and yes, I wait 48+ hours for them to respond). They have some really cool stuff and I’ve had maybe 4 of 12 orders to date ship in a timely manner (it says 2-3 weeks but it will always take at least a month or two) with no problems, but if there are any delays or hiccups, it’s a nightmare to get support. Also, things sell out very quickly. Sometimes in seconds. The “stock” they have can’t be more than 5 items sometimes. Have low expectations and you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping closes out of nowhere. It seems very sketchy because i had things in my cart and it was going to let me pay but i made sure to check and it said “sold out”. how is it going to let me pay if something is sold out? NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping doesn’t run smoothly and it has a lot of bugs and glitches. i’ve been seeing a lot of reviews about not getting their order on time or just in general and having a hard time with customer support. i would like to make my first purchase but the reviews make it very hard for me to do that. if there’s a way that it can improve in that area, it would be great. i feel like it’s hard to search what you’re looking for and there should be filters for price range or colors or sizes to make it easier to search for what you want. making it easier to buy products and search for products would be nice. i click on something and it just shows me the live video and not the product, i just want to be able view the products alone. i don’t really care for the live videos unless it’s a live drop that is happening at the moment. i hope you guys can fix this.

I’ve ordered two things off NTWRK, just got the second package and it is going to be my last.
The first thing I ordered was a statue that was $450 and I received confirmation pretty quickly. I put in a separate shipping and billing address, but they just put the shipping for both. Luckily it went through. However, I received no updates or shipment notifications and when I reached out, they sent me someone else’s tracking number, to a completely different side of the country. It did arrive, unannounced, and was packaged well.
Now I just got my second package, this time they sent it to a completely different address than the one on the confirmation email. I ordered it as a gift to my brother’s house, his information is on the confirmation in both billing and shipping. I have no idea how my info got onto the label, how/why it ended up here. I shouldn’t have ever gotten this package.

I won’t be using NTWRK again, the incompetence when it comes to basic CS and shipping is incredible. I hate to abandon an LA grown company, but they’ve proven unable to communicate or, quite literally, deliver properly.

I have tried to contact these guys because I have spent quite a bit of money on 3 orders that are already paid for. They say they will get back to you in 48 hours... but I haven’t heard back from them since August 14th when I first messaged them about the first order. Still waiting to hear a response back from them. Any one else have a similar situation? Side note: the very first order I did not include in the 3 is because I got the verification email and text regarding the item that was kinda hype and I don’t hear back until I see a refund on my payment method, after I see the refund I can’t support and they tell me that they ran out of inventory even though they confirmed my order and I already paid for it, so they can LITERALLY take your money as a loan with ZERO interest if they want to. I believe that is what is happening to me, I hope I don’t have to contact my financial institution regarding the 3 orders I paid for that I have never received that were paid for.

I think it’s pretty embarrassing that NTWRK’s tagline is “shop at the speed of culture”. When they know absolutely nothing about speed. In fact this company enjoys making their customers pay good money and wait about two months in order to receive TRACKING INFORMATION. Their customer service is completely in adequate.
I reached out multiple times to try and get information about my order and all I got was a bunch of copy and paste prompts about how they are planning on shipping my item but never get any updates unless I hound them. And the snarky attitude that I got in one email was enough for me to ask for a refund. Only when I threaten them with trying to get a refund did they quickly ship my item out. And it looks like it was shipped from a facility in Fontana California. And I live in orange county so you’re telling me it took two months in order for you to barely ship my item?!? NTWRK is a complete and utter joke and you should absolutely not order from them unless you have an extreme amount of patience to wait months for tacking info. Like I said EMBARASSING!

Like many people have mentioned here, I’ve had a horrible experience shipping with NTWRK. The developer keeps popping in to respond with “Use the ‘Need Help’ button” but as many people have mentioned, they don’t even respond when you use the help button.

Furthermore, there is a tracking bug so you will never know when your package will arrive. I just installed the recent update, hoping this was fixed, but it’s still not working.

So, who wants to spend a couple hundred $$ and then be in the dark with an unresponsive company for a couple weeks? I’ve sent 5 requests for information about my order and haven’t received a single response.

I regret giving them my financial and personal information and business if this is how they conduct themselves.

They also allow third parties to send cookies and collect your data and don’t guarantee the security of the data they collect. Included here are Stripe (documented phishing attacks stealing banking info), Shopify (documented security breach), Akamai (massive DDoS attack in 2020), Mixpanel (password harvesting bug), and more.

They also do credit reviews and tax advisories with your data and third parties according to their privacy policy.

I really wish I hadn’t used NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping, when the item I purchased was actually available elsewhere with free shipping and those people are already posting pictures on social media. Meanwhile, I’m still in the dark.

This company is horrible. Either they are completely disorganized or it's a scam. From what I'm going through it's a scam. When they send you a text through Instagram about your issues with a ad for Apple attached , There's something very suspect. I purchased a t-shirt that dropped on the 14th of Oct with priority shipping , and still no sign of it. I bought the t shirt through Brooklyn Please objects ( which is the company that makes the t shirt ) because of the bad reviews of NTWRK. Still somehow they are attached to the sale and refuse to issue me a refund based on their policies on NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping . I didn't but the t shirt through NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping . They keep side stepping what I'm asking for and keep asking for the same information I have supplied multiple times. DO NOT BUY anything from NTWRK and pass this info on to as a many people as you can. They've gotten more negative reviews than positive if you do the research

NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping initially interested me because of the “social media” side of shopping, and being able to have access to designer goods. However it’s just too good to be true. Not only is there poor customer service, but overall there is not enough of a selection to even find something worthwhile

Additionally I believe that the $20 limit on credit is very frustrating. It’s too low for credit to even be usable. If you allow a customer to accumulate store credit, we should be able to decide how much of it we should use!

Overall, if you think that you are getting anything good from NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping, you’re not. Don’t waste your time like I did. Also, if you have actually read this review, look how automated and impersonal their reply is going to be! It just goes to show how little they think of their customers!

Not only did the NTWRK release amazing and exclusive products, but when my order was messed up the support team resolved every problem that occurred. After I mistakenly purchased the wrong shirt the refunded the purchase and replaced it with the one I meant to buy. This was surprising considering the amount of customers they have to work with and how willingly they are to help. I completely recommend NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping because the products are amazing and so is the support team.

I’ve made two successful purchases on NTWRK and both times their listing for shipping times were underestimated. “Shipping in 4 weeks” was more like 6 and “shipping in 2 weeks” is currently more like 4. You will not get updates on these changes and shipping times are only listed in the original item description and do not appear on your order confirmation (probably intentional so you don’t remember). Bots are still a problem for the more popular items—with things selling out seconds after going live.

Otherwise it’s a great platform if you’re into this stuff. It can be a 5-star experience with some logistical/communication adjustments.

I ordered a shirt back in July completely by accident, I canceled the order right away and they said I could request a refund because I got in touch with them so quick. So that’s what I did, they said I needed to get in touch with customer service, i did many times, and they told me the same thing “get in touch with customer service directly”, after weeks of no shirt and trying to get my money back, my financial institution reimbursed my money. This Saturday I got a notice from my institution saying they are taking my money back because NTWRK had evidence to deny my claim, but I have proof of the canceled order, them telling me I can request a refund and get my money back. Long story short, do not order from NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping, they are a scam 100% I don’t want anyone going what I went through.

I get notified that something I’ve been keeping my eye on is about to drop. Ok cool, I open NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping go to purchase the product and it notifies me that my purchase can’t be processed. Never had a problem before but okay. Restarted NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping to try again. Go to purchase product, now it can’t find any of my payment methods. I have 2 cards attached but whatever. Restart NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping 1 more time, maybe it’s just crashing. I have to verify my phone number this time for some reason. FOUR TIMES did it tell me that my verification number was wrong that was sent to me: it was not. I gave up. It’s probably sold out by now but I wouldn’t know, I can’t get into my account attached to my phone number. Which is the only way you can get into your account for some reason. Waste of time.

I waited for a drop on a pair of shoes, purchased them immediately, got a confirmation number, and then received no further communication. When I reached out about my shoes I was told they didn’t have the item anymore and could refund me. By then, the product was no longer available on any platform. They offered me a 50 dollar credit that I could only use 20 dollars at a time. When I expressed this felt like a scam to get more money out of me, they offered me several useless and unrelated items at a discounted price. They truly made no effort to rectify their mistake, only an effort to get me to purchase more from their company that has a poor track record of actually delivering on purchases.

I tried out NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping when they promoted the GIJoe Classified Cobra Commander Regal Figure as a exclusive to their App.

When the product drop happened NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping repeatedly notified me that I was missing my shipping information despite the fact that I previously filled out my profile and credit card info in anticipation for the product drop.

My purchase finally went through after several attempts but after a few days, I find out that the version of the figure I purchased was not the one they will be fulfilling despite the Regal variant being used in all promotions prior to the drop as well as being prominently displayed in the video during the drop and in my confirmation email of the purchase.

I emailed the company and asked to cancel my order because they falsely advertised the wrong product for sale and I was told they will comply with the cancellation but they also threatened to ban my account due to breach of terms of service.

My experience with this Application has been a horrible waste of time and effort. Maybe some others have had better experiences. Use at your own risk.

The whole idea of making a media entertainment app with videos and events for shoe releases is very unique. However this creative endeavor does not fulfill your ability to do what you are truly on NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping to do. We want to buy sneakers and clothes without a bunch of unnecessary steps and watching videos that just leave you on a climax of disappointment. The sneakers are always sold out by the time you get the ability to try to add them to cart. Watching a 5 minute video feels like an eternity when money is on the line. We are not here to have an experience, we are here to buy limited releases for ourselves or to make make money. The way launches work and the logistics of NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping need to be changed drastically before NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping is even a mediocre sneaker app.

So first time using NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping to get an exclusive. I sent every up days before . For only on the day of the drop to have NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping crash / turn out what they showed Wasnt what was going to sent out anyways . So for this it could be taken as a scam . Or their tech isnt up to task of what they promised. Im sure in their fine print they have cover them selfs . But as for me n my friends we wont be using NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping n will tell people
To think twice before using it . As for the exclusives cobra commander turns out it wasn’t exclusive at all . It the regular version. Just trying to get does pre order sales from other seller thats all . Marketing ploy that work . To get people to download NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping . That parted work lol .

I love the items you guys sell (besides these overpriced sneaker resellers ** cough2x** yankee kicks) NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping is in a live show format that has employees that preview the items before you buy plus they have tons of events and giveaways. Customer is all email which is the problem. I purchased a Kaws collection item I had issues with on 2 different orders and it took them like a month to respond back but they offered a full refund and $50 credit so that makes up for it lol

I left a negative review about NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping regarding spam accounts less than a week ago and my issue was rectified very quickly, as well as an employee reaching out to me encouraging me to try again in the account creation process. Really good customer service guys, the drops could be a bit better though
Update- drops have slowly been getting better, pleasantly surprised. If y’all connect with Nike corporate ever it’s gonna explode.

I get it, brands want to create hype, so why not make it seem that rather than sell your latest collaboration [sneakers/T-shirt/hoodies/Murakami prints] at a market price you create a lottery so everyday people like you and I have a chance at owning a converted item you’re a true fan of. Lotteries have never been accused of taking advantage of people, brilliant.

We all get excited about it and engage with NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping , giving you our addresses, credit card numbers, grandmother’s maiden names. But it doesn’t actually work that way. Professional resellers with bots that game the rules and bid 1000 times for every one honest entry score everything and resell it at 10x the price. So NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping gets your data and the resellers make money.

I would rather see the artists and designers get that money than some reseller gaming the system, and wasting everyone’s time and robbing me of my grandmother’s and my personal data.

Negative 1 star. Trash.

Also, UX is rubbish. Trying for simplicity by losing all intuitively necessary functionality.

NTWRKS customer service is wonderful. I bought a super limited piece of art, I was so excited and couldn’t believe I won. Unfortunately, FedEx damaged the box and the artwork inside quite badly. I contacted NTWRK and they immediately handled the situation. Even obtaining a replacement from the artist himself.

Absolutely amazing in nowadays marketplace. I’ll be buying from NTWRK for years to come.

I couldn’t login in for 3 days the staff email and even called me to solve the problem after multiple times troubleshooting they found out the problem and now NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping works and I could log in thanks for your excellent customer service via email and phone

The platform is pretty good overall. But I can’t choose different shipping options! At least have a regular and expedited option....it’s 2019 there’s gotta be a way to accomplish this! Then I really liked multiple items in a particular drop, but I can’t purchase more than one item at a time. So I didn’t purchase anything. Again there’s gotta be a way to add more than one item to a cart. I’m not not paying shipping twice. That’s just stupid!

I have ordered 100 items and have to pay shipping for each transaction. Warehouse is located in Fontana and I could pick up but customer service has yet to reply back. Being charged shipping for EACH transaction is ridiculous when adding multiple quantities should be able to reduce shipping costs.
Better yet why not allow local buyers pick up from warehouse directly.

Do people not work on the weekend ?

Processing speed and response to Email / Instagram is as slow as a snail.

BTW, Customer service has only responded to me once about consolidating shipping and their answer was a load of malarkey.

I don’t always buy stuff on NTWRK but I do like to tune in for all the drops, they’ve always got an inside look at hyped events all over the country. Stuff Id never be able to get into. Plus you keep up with the trends, I’m not always down with what they’re selling but it is cool to see how the culture is evolving.

NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping is just great. For one the options it gives is awesome and you can do so much. Secondly the cleanliness and simplicity of NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping is great. When I had a problem the customer service was great and they were able to solve my issues. I would highly recommend !

My order went through but they were out of the item so they gave me a total refund and store credit, you couldn’t ask for better service!

I was waiting for a drop of a certain item, better yet a drawing. My child (5 years old) got a hold of my phone and purchased another item I had ZERO intention of acquiring. Long story short, no effort was given to me to right the mistake. I get the final sale policy, but I really would appreciate some empathy especially from loyal customers. I really don’t want to take my business elsewhere, but it seems like the don’t take much stock in there customer base aside from there bottom line.

Was lucky enough to get the Ben Baller Gold money counter. Only 500 made. I paid $140. This thing is now worth $500+. Dope collectible! Only made possible by the NTWRK app! Thanks for allowing ppl without bots to acquire sought after items.

They seemed to have found a much better way to use NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping since the inception and initial snafu of the panda pigeon drop. Glad they started doing unique raffles and continuing their routine drops instead of trying to fully manage a hype drop.

The draw for the ow ten was such an act. The winner was already in face cam instantly she was picked. I had low hopes for NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping and it’s used to bring in more people. The reason everyone downloaded NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping was for the panda sbs and I doubt anyone had gotten them. NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping was laggy and poorly optimised. Can’t remove card info or address. Please stay away from NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping. Every raffle is rigged and set up.

Hey! NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping has been a lot of fun to have on hand - great drops, amazing exclusives, and a constant stream of info on artists & designers connected to sneakers and street wear.

Endless lag, especially during drops. I actually purchased an item twice by accident because NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping froze while adding to cart. Their customer support refused to refund despite the fact that their infamously buggy app caused the issue. Money hungry with poor support. After spending hundreds on NTWRKLiveSneakerShopping and dealing with the awful UX, they have lost me as a customer. Avoid.

I just downloaded and signed up. I have not been able to even add anything to the cart. It doesn’t say sold out or anything - just doesn’t seem to work. I’ll keep it for a notification to try out - as I can only assume that the product is sold out. So who knows. Good luck.
