The customer service is a joke. I haven’t had the AP refresh in over a month. Owen, from their customer service team, will talk almost a week to get back to you and only recommend you delete and redownload or download the shop app to fix your problems. I am extremely unhappy with their service. I do not recommend spending the money for their pro service as it truly does nothing for you.
Terrible. Waste your money elsewhere.

I used to be a firm supporter of SwiftSole & it has progressively been on a decline and has gotten worse. From not only removing autocheckout ability, now drops aren’t even up to date. YouTube page hasn’t been touched in over a year. Just sucking money from the people. There are by far better cook groups you could join for even free and get the same if not better drop information easier. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS APP AND SO CALLED COMPANY scamming their customers.

It’s always good using SwiftSole! I have been with them from day 1 and they have never let me down. With this new addition it’s going to be a brand new journey getting back into collecting. The app is smooth and easy to navigate. This is something every sneaker head should have on their phone. Love what you guys have done and can’t wait to see what else you have in store.
